Great place! Alyssa is a wonderful host and the property is so quiet. The beach in front of the property was never crowded, even at peak times. The spot is a good distance from the center of Solana Beach but it's always a nice walk into town. The place is very well stocked. Some of the fixtures and paint could use a little updating, but on balance those things did not matter as much to us as everything else. Great place for our family of four, including two teenagers who could each have their own bedroom.

My stay was amazing. She was even accommodating on christmas day when we stayed because of the storms that came into town

Great townhouse in Solano Beach

We had a great time staying here. The community was very nice with great pools and beach access. It was a short walk into Solano Beach. The townhouse was great too and met our needs for the week.

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay…lots of things within walking distance, easy access to the beach, driveway parking. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and access to the grill. House was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Owner was also quick to answer texts…would definitely stay again 😊

Beach time…family time

Even though there was an issue that the beginning, it was quickly fixed and our stay was great. Thank you to our hosts for being so prompt with communication and providing such a nice place to stay.

Fabulous accommodations

What a wonderful vacation using this property. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, even a platter for our fruit. The welcome book was a lovely addition with lots of ideas for spending your time around the area.

Great property! Excellent location, very quiet, nice complex, and well-equipped kitchen. Note that property does not have cable TV, but the TVs are Smart TVs so you can cast from your phone if you want to watch live sports or news. Alyssa, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions.

Great stay. Host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed. Everything was as described. Location is stunning and only a short distance to lots of things. We caught the train into San Diego one day to watch a Padres game and drove to the San Diego zoo another. Loads in and around Solano Beach. Great stay. Thank you

Great Location -- beautiful condo

We walked to several restaurants and shops in Solana. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to downtown DelMar. Fun beaches. The sunset room on the property was great...we used it several times to enjoy a cocktail and watch the surfers/sunset.

New to San Diego

We loved the property and the area. It is so beautiful and there is so much to see. The property had plenty of room, was clean, and the views are amazing. The San Diego Zoo and Adventure Park, Sea World, Disneyland, and the Warner Bros Studio Tour were wonderful. The property manager was so helpful and always accessible.

Nice place on the beach

The beach was a short walk away down many steps. The rooms were nice and worked well for our group. Only complaint is the rug in the family room was always getting caught and kids and adults kept tripping over it. Coffee and sandwich shop were close by that you could walk to. Good location. Washer and dryer were in the garage.

Location Location Location

The family all agreed that this condo was in the best location we’ve been in yet, and we’ve been coming to California on vacation for a lot of years. Solana Beach is a great area. The beach was clean and private. Everyone, even adults, loved looking for seashells. It was great having a pool for the kids. There were several places to eat within walking distance. We recommend SB Kitchen for the food and Brigantine for the ambience.
