Escape to paradise in our newly updated, air-conditioned beachside condo—located in the exclusive Del Mar Beach Club oceanfront community on the bluff of Solana Beach. Just steps away from the oceanfront deck, clubhouse amenities & private stair access to the beach!

We welcome guests from all backgrounds to find peace, enjoyment, and rejuvenation at this tranquil oceanfront getaway. Delectable restaurants and shopping to your heart's content are just steps away. Families welcome!

Inside an exclusive gated community along Solana Beach, this oceanside condo boasts an open, split-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that overlooks a well-furnished back patio—perfect for guests to hang out together downstairs in comfort.

You can hear the ocean from each of the 2 large bedrooms, both featuring walk-in closets & private en suite bathrooms (equipped with bidet seats!): 1 king bedroom with a “smart” adjustable bed frame, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private balcony patio with seating.

For entertaining, enjoy the ample, cozy seating in the living area complete with a 65-inch OLED TV with YouTube TV and Roku included, or the furnished garden patio. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout!

The fully equipped kitchen houses brand-new “smart” stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, induction stove/oven, refrigerator, and even an air fryer—and we didn’t forget to include a coffee maker/grinder and a Keurig for your morning cup! We provide Keurig pods, popcorn, and some cooking staples should you like to cook—and a local guidebook to restaurants you can enjoy nearby.

On the main level off the kitchen, you'll also find a half bath (bidet equipped!) and a laundry closet with a washer & dryer if you need to do laundry in a pinch.

You also get access to two private, covered parking spots, one equipped with EV charging port, right next to the condo.

With an emphasis on family fun, we provide guests with board games, pool toys, boogie boards, pickle-ball paddles, tennis racquets, and beach gear & towels to enjoy the many amenities the Del Mar Beach Club provides:

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the Del Mar Beach Club from an observation patio—perfect for catching the sunset—or the viewing room with a fireplace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Melinda’s condo was perfect for our family. It was quiet and peaceful. The semi-private beach was a game changer for us. We had one small issue with the property that was out of Melinda's control, but she quickly made it right for us. We will definitely be back!

Pure Vacation!

We enjoyed everything about this home! Full of warmth, comfort and amazing amenities! We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the patio with ocean breezes and the sound of waves, beach days, gorgeous sunsets, pool time and all the area fun within minutes! This was a fantastic place to stay!

A great spring break rental

A great place to stay with the kids on our spring break vacation. The complex has a pool, hot tub fitness facility and tennis court. There is private access to the beach, which takes only a couple of minutes to get to from the unit. The unit itself is incredibly well stocked with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, pickle ball) and all the kitchen gear you could need.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Great place. Has everything you could ever need. Can’t beat the location. You can hear the waves crashing it’s so close to the beach. Fantastic views and sunsets. Close to everything. Due to the holiday had trouble accessing the tennis courts, but was able to get a game or two in.

Beautiful complex on Solana Beach

Melinda was very communicative and caring! This unit is the most stocked unit I have ever been in which is much appreciated when traveling cross country into a tropical storm with young children!! All the extra towels and linens you could ask for, beautiful sunsets on the complex deck, nice people, and Whole Foods and Starbucks within 1 mile! Great location, easy drive to anywhere in San Diego, would def stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Northshore Paradise! The location was perfect. Close enough for our family to travel to San Diego, and also north to Anaheim and Los Angeles for the day. We loved spending time at the beautiful beach located on the property, and at the heated pools. The gym was great to have on site. The home was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. Our three boys were happy to watch TV in the morning before we went out for the day. You could hear the waves from the patio and from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. It was a perfect location for our family of five, and we can’t wait to return!

Spacious and Comfortable Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well appointed vacation rental. Starting with covered parking right by the front door, keyless entry into a spotless condo, quality large and small appliances and pots and pans, huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of bath & beach towels, a large outdoor patio, beach toys, puzzles, board games, tennis rackets, large tv's, plush bathrobes, great wifi, the unit had everything we needed and more. It was wonderful to hear the ocean from the bedroom windows at night and to be so close to the beach access gate. The pools and tennis courts are well maintained as is the entire community, which was very quiet. The owner's are communicative, responsive and accommodating. We walked to the fair and to several restaurants & coffee spots. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect Stay at North Shore Paradise!!!

We had a great week at North Shore Paradise! We were in San Diego for a soccer college showcase but also made a vacation of the week. The House - The place was wonderful and had everything you need for a week at the beach. The living room was large with plenty of seating and a big screen tv with all the streaming options. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in and there was plenty of room for a large family to sit. There was both a regular coffee pot and k-cup coffee maker and very nice appliances. There were lots of wine glasses and cups for the beach. The cabinets were stocked including spices for cooking. There was a large laundry area off the kitchen stocked with supplies. The outdoor patio was adorable, great for drinking coffee or wine while listening to the waves. The bedrooms are upstairs, both with on-suit bathrooms and with very high quality bedding. You can hear the waves falling asleep and waking up. There are plenty of bath and beach towels in the linen closet. The outdoor shed is stocked with everything you need for the beach - 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and tennis racquets. The condo has two parking spaces and many free/guest spaces available. The Beach Club - Includes entrance to the beach, multiple pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and a club room common area perfect for sunset. Restaurants, shopping within walking distance. We loved our stay, thank you for a perfect week!

Hailing from the snowy mountains of Utah, we craved a sunny, oceanside home away from home, and found this gem of a condo with space for our family to join us when we wanted a beach escape. We love the proximity to the beach, proximity to nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment, and all the amenities Del Mar Beach Club has to offer for us and our guests. The location and all it offers really is unmatched!

Our Solana Beach condo is a quiet, comfortable, and spacious retreat with so much just steps away from the front door—semi-private beach access, pools and jacuzzi, tennis & pickle-ball courts, fitness room, and so much more within a 10-minute walk. You can't beat the sunset views from the Del Mar Beach Club overlooks, and a walk on the beach in the afternoon is a surefire way to reset your system. We have fully equipped our condo to feature family-friendly fun, games, and beach and sporting equipment to take advantage of the outdoor rec here. We also prioritized creating a comfortable and well-furnished space for the family to gather at the end of the day and to drift away to sleep in ridiculously comfortable beds, from which you can hear the ocean's waves at night. You can't beat it!
