We booked this unit for the month of September. Thee days prior to check-in, we were contacted by Marion, who gave us direction and met us at the property. This helped so much, since the property itself has many units, on different levels and gates. Marion was lovely. She gave us a detailed overview of the condo and area. She will make herself available to you, if needed. We really enjoyed our stay at the unit. Just keep in mind about the amount of stairs to the bluff, the beach and the garage (and back) which is noted. We are late 60s to early 70s. We were good with it. The view is breathtaking, as are the sunsets! Beach access from Fletcher Cove is close if you prefer level walking, and there’s a restroom there. It is also noted there is no air-conditioning. It is just fine when the weather is cool, windows/sliders open and are fans on. Ceiling fans and floor fans provided. We drove, so we brought our tower fan. Other than golf courses and the grocery store, we walked everywhere! Lots of great restaurants in the area. Leave the car and go. Definitely one of the many pluses of this townhome and location. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We usually do unless it’s stated they are supplied by the owner.

The Property Manager was very welcoming, informative and helpful! The unit was very clean, safe, quaint with complete amenities. The master bed was comfortable and kids loved the large bath tub with jets. Fantastic location - a variety of food places, a quick walk to the park for the kiddos and a fantastic beach spot. The beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels came in handy!

Great location

Our family had a great stay. The kids loved being close to the beach. We played tennis and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Fabulous VRBO!

Would 100% stay here again! The complex is lovely, unit is nicely upgraded, beds are ridiculously comfortable, and the neighborhood is full of cute shops and yummy restaurants! Don’t miss the fun park at the end of the street with the gorgeous views of the ocean!

Solana Beach Haven

Had a great stay at Leslie and Ann's place. Mariam greeted us and was extremely pleasant and easily accessible. Great communication and a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this gem. Look forward to staying again during next visit.

We stayed for a week at this property and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location within the overall property and has super access to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Miriam was kind, friendly and helpful as she got us acclimated to the condo and the whole development. Beautiful weather during our visit helped, too!

Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated, clean, offered all the amenities needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just a few hundred steps to the ocean. Pools were nice. Many great restaurants with walking distance. The owners were great to work with and we highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Solana Beach or the San Diego area.
