This condominium is located in a second floor unit of the 'Solana Beach and Tennis Club' (access is at ground level with second floor privacy and views). No Stairs! Both the bedroom and living room have an unobstructed ocean views. Very few condos have a Oceanfront bedroom and corner unit. Nothing like waking up to dolphin swimming in the surf. Great white sand beaches and fantastic Surfing and paddle boarding directly in front of the unit. This is the perfect location for someone who wants both the surf and the turf. Direct access to the beach from the complex. Located five minutes from the Del Mar Race Track. This condominium complex offers a gated environment with steps to the beach. A shared swimming pool, (heated year round) two large spas, four tennis courts, and covered parking (two reserved spaces).

The condominium has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with spectacular views. Additionally, the master bedroom has unobstructed ocean views. There are two full bathrooms and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. There are flat screen TV's in all three rooms. This unit also has a large deck the spans the entire length of the unit. High Speed Internet, HD 60'" LCD TV in Living DVR recorder, HDTV cable. 45" LCD in master bedroom. 30" in 2nd bedroom -
This unit is conveniently located to many restaurants within walking distance. And the Cedro’s Design Center for shopping and a weekend Farmers market restaurants etc.

Also included with the condo: boogie boards, beach chairs, ice chest, beach umbrellas, wet suits, ping pong paddles, pool balls and cues for pool table, board games, crib,( high chair, stroller) (if requested) all high-quality cooking utensils, gas BBQ A

The view was the best! Kids loved the aquarium. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kids wanted me to tell you they enjoyed the ant highway!

this property was perfect for a family. Great views of the beach all day, quick access to beach, pool, and parking garage. Overall Solano Beach location was perfect for access to all the fun in San Diego. We would highly recommend staying at this property again. Plenty of space for a family of 5.

Great stay in a beautiful condo

The condo is in a great oceanfront location, walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is clean and updated, with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is modern and very functional with plenty of cookware. The washer and dryer worked very well. Two excellent parking spaces within a short walk of the unit with just a few steps. We would definitely stay here again!

Great views! Saw dolphins and whales from balcony. Beach is perfect! Would stay here anytime!

Wonderful trip. Place was perfect for a family get together. Easy delivery from multiple locations. Everything was provided for beach toys and play. Recommend this unit to all peoples who want to relax and enjoy family.

Solana Fun

This is a very nice condo with a wonderful ocean view in a great location. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Golf is close by and there are several restaurants to choose from. The owner is responsive, patient and kind. We will return and you will be happy with your decision to rent this property!

You'll Never Want to Leave

Brent's place is an amazing getaway to experience all Solana Beach and SoCal has to offer. Magnificent views and lullaby sounds of the Pacific will leave you relaxed and happy to be alive! The condo is immaculate and well appointed with everything you need to have an unforgettable trip. I was so taken I started looking for real estate to make this area my home. PERFECT!

This is our 5th annual stay at this owners properties...need I say more? Unfortunately, not sure if it's in our budget to stay again this close to retirement, however, as all premier waterfront properties are going up in price and value, this one is deserving! Exceptional view, amenities, comfort and access to the beach. Ahhh.....

Amazing property. Location and beach view is spectacular. Brent is extremely responsive and helpful. Property is extremely clean and better equipped with everything you could think of than any other VRBO we’ve ever stayed at (20+). Generous with shower toiletries, paper products, sand toys and beach supplies, towels, batteries, lighter, anything you could need! Lovely beds and furniture. Could use a few plastic cups/blows, plates for little kids but otherwise it was literally perfect.

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

My husband have been vacationing in Del Mar/Solana Beach for 10+ years and this was our 1st week long vacation without our kiddos and this unit was perfect! The unit was very clean and had everything you would need during a visit! The ocean view from the master bedroom was simply awesome..nothing better than waking up to such an amazing view! The unit is very close to both the beach access and the pool/hot tub. Although our kids were not on this trip with us it would be a perfect unit for a family as the kid's room is on the opposite side from the main living space and balcony. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Fantastic Unobstructed Ocean Views!

This property was everything we wanted and hoped for in a Pacific beach vacation! Magnificent views from this tasteful unit which comfortably fit our family of four (two teenagers). Brent was a kind and accommodating host - responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Complex was quiet and at night we enjoyed the large pool, 2 hot tubs, and game room (pool and ping pong tables). The fact that this unit has a balcony that extends the full length of the unit and a master bedroom that opens to it is a huge plus - tough to find!! Our whole family could hang out on it together which was great! We loved that wetsuits and boogie board were provided as well - a big bonus!

Excellant- made the holiday just right (be aware - there is no forced heat or ac)

The unit is right on the ocean- and was exactly what was needed for bringing in peace, love and joy for the Christmas season. It was wonderful sitting on the patio furniture watching and hearing the ocean waves, and smelling the clean ocean air. all amenities are there- and we were able to cook our own meals. Covered parking is close by, and minimal stairs from parking. No stairs to or in unit- which was very helpful for my limitations in walking or standing. Beds and bed clothing are very comfortable. Fortunately we brought our own small room heater, only because it was to be given to my daughter who lives locally. but it was immensely helpful to get the living area warm enough. the provided oil heaters did eventually heat up the bedrooms and living area -but slowly

Beautiful Ocean View

The condo has every amenity we could have dreamed of. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very close to secure parking garage with assigned spaces. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning again. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great location and apartment layout!

Very disappointed with the following: 1. Ants throughout the unit (sand/sugar ants) 2. No clean towels -- had to wash and dry soiled ones 3. Unwashed dishes in dishwasher from previous visitors 4. Sliding door to deck in Living Room was broken/glass was separated from frame, so it could not be opened at all from Day 1 forward. 5. 1st Bathroom Shower is virtually impossible to use, since it requires entry from the rear, which is blocked by the toilet location. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Thank goodness for the ocean view! Bill & Irene Beck

Stellar time, outstanding condo, remarkable owner.

Our stay was wonderful. The view truly the best. Right outside this unit the tides emerge creating an amazing experience to enjoy. The condo was well equipped. It has a full side front load washer and dryer, and they even have beach supplies. The owners are amazing. Brent is VERY helpful if you have questions or need assistance, and his response time is the speed of light. We are already looking at dates to return. The development is well maintained, even the 127 steps down to the beach are swept. The beach is wonderful, and nice to take a long stroll or brisk walk. The location is also outstanding. It is so close to great restaurants and shops to enjoy, and only about 5 minutes to Del Mar or Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Look no more this is units is perfect for a beach get-a-away.

Nice property, wonderful patio

Owners were very friendly and responsive. Had one issue with a chirping fire detector and the issue was resolved very quickly. As others have mentioned, the unit is situated perfectly with a 180 degree view of the surf. Kitchen had everything we needed - ample sized fridge and many gadgets/utensils for prepping meals, etc. Some renovation noise (drilling & hammering) from the unit below, but it was kept between 9a-4p. The neighborhood is very workable - with a CVS close by and Vons only 5 minutes away. We stayed here with our 2 kids (13 and 10) and they loved it. Great stay!

I choose this condo because of its prime location. The unit is a corner unit which gives you an extra window on the north side. Really opens up the living room. Also has view from the living room and master bedroom. Also full length porch with glass instead of the old rails.
