Charming villa in a privileged 15mn from the sea and beaches, between Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Grasse. Close to all tourist attractions of the Côte d'Azur, 10-20 minutes from the Provençal markets and picturesque villages: St Paul-de-Vence, Vence, Valbonne, Gourdon, ...
The house is located in a green and very quiet, while being close to all shops and the coast. The location is ideal geographically to visit all the sites of the Cote d'Azur while enjoying an exceptional environment. The motorway is only 7 mn and also allows to reach Menton or Italy on one side, or the Var and St Tropez on the other.
After a day of sightseeing of the most beautiful sites in the area, (and they are many!), immerse yourself in the swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi sipping a cocktail .... Then dine or lunch under the shaded terrace, breathing the fragrance of jasmine. The song of cicadas and birds will accompany you while you enjoy the quiet ...
And why not later in the evening, prolong the summer nights by bathing in the pool all illuminated, enjoying the terrace and the garden lit ...
The view is spectacular over the valley and the surrounding mountains. Prepare your barbecue while admiring the sunset or the illuminated villages in the distance, at the foot of the Baou de St Jeannet.
The large garden is surrounded by high hedges, and the villas are very spaced in a residential area, so you will not have to face each other and can enjoy every moment in peace and quiet in a intimate setting.

You will have a choice of multiple activities between sea and mountains: water sports and beaches of the seaside, lakes (St Cassien) and rivers: aquatic centers, paddle, sailing, surfing, Canoe kayak, parasailing, rafting and canyoning, diving underwater ... or even walks and hikes, horse riding, golf, climbing, tennis ...
The villa is located 2 minutes walk from a Natural Park. You can go for a walk or jog before lunch, or walk your dog freely.
Nearby, in the village you will find a large supermarket and all shops, excellent pastry-bakery, organic shops, and also cinemas and a huge shopping mall with many shops and restaurants (Polygone Riviera) within 10 minutes by car .

The perfect retreat to relax and discover the region

This house offers an ideal retreat in a sheltered garden with beautiful vegetation and a great pool. Nice, Antibes etc. and all the beautiful villages in the region can be easily explored from here. Good shopping facilities in the village of Roquefort-les-Pines. Very cordial contact on site (thank you, Sylvie, for all the good tips).

Nous avons passé un séjour agreable en famille dans la villa. Mis à part la présence de nombreux moustiques, la semaine était parfaite. L'accueil a été bien organisé. La maison est propre, bien equipée et pratique, la vue sur le massif montagneux est splendide depuis le jardin.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Der Pool und der große Garten sind ideal für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Das Haus war für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder perfekt. Ein 6. hätte auch noch gut reingepasst. Kochen und grillen ist problemlos nötig, da alles sehr gut ausgestattet ist.

Entspannung pur

Wir fanden die Woche in dem Ferienhaus wunderbar entspannend. Sylvie war eine tolle Gastgeberin und zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr nett. Das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, es war perfekt ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank gab es sogar einen Eiswürfelbereiter, kühle Drinks am Pool waren somit jederzeit garantiert. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar, mit Zitronen-, Orangen- und Pfirsichbäumen und komplett eingezäunt. Sogar unser kleiner Chihuahua konnte problemlos ohne Leine laufen. Der Pool war wahnsinnig toll und dank des Saugroboters immer wunderbar sauber. Wir können Sylvie und ihr Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wir haben den Urlaub zu 100% genossen! Danke! Als kleiner Tipp: etas gegen Mückenstiche einpacken!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre idyllique et très serein.

La maison et le cadre extérieur correspondaient tout à fait au descriptif et ont bien répondu à nos attentes. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que les pièces de vie à l’intérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée et spacieuse. Les salles de bain sont très agréables et tout est décoré avec goût. Nous avons par ailleurs eu l’occasion de rencontrer brièvement les propriétaires de passage avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact. Nous avions un petit chien qui a pu profiter également de l’espace extérieur en toute sécurité car le terrain est bien clos. Complètes autonomie et indépendance. De plus la localisation permet des excursions et visites variées aux alentours. Expérience très positive et nous remercions aussi les propriétaires pour leurs gentillesse et conseils.
