Near New Home!! Beautiful spacious custom home. Private Hot Tub! 3 spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen. Hand made custom furniture, large living space with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. Spectacular open stairs. Large decks with outdoor dining and grill. Very quiet neighborhood with tall trees and incredible views of Sugarloaf mountain. Walk to local restaurant/bar and corner store only 1 block away. The lake is approx. 2 mile. Bear mountain resort is approx. 4 mile. The village is 6.

Why they chose this property

This home is near new and clean. It features all new furnishings and custom made furniture. Our home is located in the tall trees with hiking trails close by. However we are only minutes away from convenience stores and restaurants as well.

What makes this property unique

This home is new build custom home! It is a modern cabin style and has high efficiency heating and appliances. Need I mention a brand new HOT TUB that is cleaned regularly. There is airconditioning in the master bedroom for those few months in summer when it gets hot. The home is close to the national forest with hiking options literally at the end of the street, however it is also close to conveniences like stores and restaurants as well as playgrounds. We are a short drive to the lake and mountain resorts.
