Hi, My name is Greg! I have been travelling the world since I was a teenager. I'm originally from Australia but have called California home for most of my life. I enjoy the outdoors and all related outdoor sports along with great food. My family and I love to share our mountain retreat with guests. Please enjoy our home.
Why they chose this property
This home is new and clean. It features all new furnishings and custom made furniture. Our home is located in the tall trees with hiking trails close by. However we are only minutes away from convenience stores and restaurants as well.
What makes this property unique
This home is new build custom home! It is a modern cabin style and has high efficiency heating and appliances. Need I mention a brand new HOT TUB that is cleaned regularly. There is airconditioning in the master bedroom for those few months in summer when it gets hot. The home is close to the national forest with hiking options literally at the end of the street, however it is also close to conveniences like stores and restaurants as well as playgrounds. We are a short drive to the lake and mountain resorts.
