1 of 4 Waterfront Condo-Style Suites: Clean, Safe & Small Hotel Sleeps 8-32

Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT D). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Annually, on the 2nd Saturday of September (after Labor Day), we host a "Harbor Bash" for the marina and surrounding neighborhoods with live music 2pm-10pm. Please contact us with any questions prior to making a reservation during times that may have live music. We are a family-owned business with our three adult sons who help us run the operations. We have been in the marina business for 30+ years and have owned this marina and rental operation since 2012. We built the bar and pool area in 2020. We make every effort to improve and expand the marina, rental, and bar operations each year.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added an outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There is live entertainment every weekend. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
