EVERY 4TH NIGHT 1/2 PRICE! Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT D). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Annually, on the 2nd Saturday of September (after Labor Day), we host a "Harbor Bash" for the marina and surrounding neighborhoods with live bands 12pm-11pm. Perfect getaway

I took my son and his friend fishing for my son’s 15th birthday. We booked with JT Charter..who by the way is fabulous! This place was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect being right on the water so they were able to keep fishing once off the boat. Location was great.. close to everything! The hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

Weekend charter trip

Everything was very nice. Condo was very clean. You can watch them put the big boats in on the back porch. The owner was great and you could get ahold of her easily. Our stay was good.

Great stay!

We were very happy with our stay in Unit D at the marina! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Fall Fishing

We had a wonderful time here again. This is our second time staying in this unit this year and things are consistently great! We had 6 guys in our group so things were a little tight but very manageable. The owners are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have.

Wedding Weekend

We came up to the area for a wedding and decided to stay at this property due to location and we stayed here previously and it was amazing. It was just as nice as before but now they have a pool and bar attached. The owners are extremely responsive, the condo is spotless and it has incredible views. I highly recommend this property.

We are a husband and wife team, ages 49 & 48, who have lived in the area for 29 years and 48 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 29+ years and the construction/development business for the past 18 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now updating this marina and these beautiful waterfront rental units.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our condo rentals have a breathtaking panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added a low-key outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There may be occasional low-key live entertainment as part of this setting. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
