Chalet with panoramic mountain views, south-facing and cosy interior

Chalet ideally located near the village with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Free shuttle to the center of the village for Manigod and La CLusaz stations.
chalet includes: Kitchen open to the dining room with south-facing balcony, living room with fireplace, one bedroom with separate WC. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one with south facing balcony, bathroom with Italian shower and bath with wc.
A large terrace to the west adjoining the dining room overlooking the Tournette, where you can have lunch, rest, play, made available garden furniture, deckchairs and gas barbecue.
Most: wifi, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, fondue and squeegee, board games, ping pong table, trampoling, swing, cot, chair and baby bath. this chalet is non-smoking. No opposite. Very appreciable sunshine during the winter.
Weekly rental during school holidays from Saturday to Saturday, possibility of weekends outside school holidays. We accept animals after consultation. Attention for 8 people maximum.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans le chalet de Catherine et d'Alain. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, très confortable, propre et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique tant de l'intérieur que depuis la terrasse. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un excellent accueil avec plein de bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour tout en restant très discrets. Le chalet est très bien situé pour faire de nombreuses randonnées (voiture nécessaire). Vacances au top!

La location possède tout le confort souhaité. L'emplacement est idéal pour partir en balade, skier ou profiter de sa terrasse, au soleil c'est un régal. Les propriétaires ont discrets et toujours à disposition si nécessaire.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le chalet d’Alain et Catherine. Très bien équipé, très confortable; accueillis avec un feu de cheminée et les lits faits ! Nos hôtes (qui logeaient dans un studio au rdc le temps de notre séjour) se sont pliés en quatre pour nous.

Superbe propriété située à qq minutes des pistes

La propriété est magnifique et complètement fonctionnelle. Tout est présent pour que l on se sente chez soi (jeux enfants, de société pour adultes, nécessaire pour raclette-fondue ...) un feu de bois nous attendait même à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires résident dans le logement dans une partie indépendante à celui-ci. Ils ont su se montrer très discrets mais présents en cas de besoin. Les pistes de Manigod se trouvent à quelques minutes. Très beau séjour !

Vue splendide et calme

Très joli chalet avec vue magnifique sur la vallée, au calme dans un petit village. Très peu de touristes. Parfait pour de jeunes enfants avec les jeux dans le jardin (trampoline). De très belles randonnées facilement accessibles en voiture depuis les cols de la croix fry, du merdassier ou des aravis (avec de belles vues sur le mont blanc quand le ciel est dégagé). Proche également de la clusaz et du grand bornand (activités pour enfants)

Betrug um die Kaution !

Unterkunft an sich sehr schön wie in der Beschreibung. Auf den ersten Blick waren die Eigentümer sehr freundlich, leider nur anfangs. Nach dem 2. Tag ging die Heizung nicht mehr richtig und trotz allem, dass wir das Problem dem Eigentümer Auge zu Auge mitgeteilt hatten machte dieser keine Anstalten weder das Problem zu beheben noch mit uns gemeinsam die Heizung zu überprüfen. (Er wohnte schließlich nur eine Etage unter uns) Das hauptsächliche Problem aber war das dreiste einbehalten unserer gesamten Kaution auf Grund von unseriösen und unglaubwürdigen Argumenten : 1) « Vorwurf dass der Hausabfall nicht entsorgt wurde und eine nicht ausgeräumte Geschirrspülmaschine sowie ein ungewischter Boden. » : Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung wurden uns Kosten für die Reinigung der Unterkunft berechnet. Die Reinigung + Hausmüllentsorgung muss also vom Eigentümer bei der Abreise übernommen werden. 2) « Colaflecken auf dem Holz-Esstisch inklusive Tischdecke ( Tischdecke mit emotionalen Wert der Großmutter). » : Auf einem Esstisch entstehen gewöhnlicherweise Flecken während des Essens! Die Cola Flecken auf dem Holztisch waren bei Abreise von uns gereinigt worden und nicht mehr zu sehen! Der Vermieter musste also nur die Tischdecke waschen. Dennoch bestand er darauf für die Reinigung die gesamte Kaution einzubehalten. --> Die Streitsache endete damit, dass der Eigentümer keinerlei Beweise bzw Fotos vorzeigen konnte und uns deswegen die Kaution zurück zahlen musste. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und entsetzt über diesen versuchten Schwindel seitens des Eigentümers und möchten künftige Urlauber vor dieser Unterkunft warnen.

Très beau chalet , encore mieux que sur les photos, très agréable, bien aménagé , tout est fait pour que les hôtes se sentent bien. Proche des pistes en voiture . Et petits commerces accessibles à pied . Nous étions deux couples aveć jeunes enfants , c’était parfait ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés . Merci Alain et catherine !

Superbe chalet, ambiance cosy au coin du feu et propriétaires chaleureux et accueillants.

A deux pas des pistes, nous avons pu profiter de la proximité chalet/station de ski. Snowboard, marche en raquettes, cuisine du terroir. Que de beaux souvenirs lors de notre week-end passé au chalet de notre hôte. Encore merci à ce très gentil couple. Destination incontournable!

Magnifique chalet dans un village charmant, à 15 min des pistes. Nous y avons passé un super week-end en famille. Le chalet est très spacieux, très bien équipé, confortable, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Et que dire de l'accueil chaleureux des hôtes qui avaient même démarré un feu de cheminée pour notre arrivée ! Nous reviendrons !

Les appareils de confort (télé, internet et wifi ; appareils électroménagers et jeux intérieurs et extérieurs) rendent le séjour encore plus agréable pour les petits comme pour les grands. Mentions spéciales pour : les lits faits à l'arrivée ; la terrasse abritée et offrant une vue splendide ; le barbecue ; la place dans le chalet ; la gentillesse des propriétaires. Chalet familial très bien équipe au calme sans voisinage immédiat à proximité du centre du village avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. 4 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Propriétaires très à l’écoute. Vivement revommandé.
