This popular beachfront home with pool is just steps from the beach. Enjoy Manasota Key's spectacular sunsets, collecting shark teeth, shelling, fishing, and all the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. This two story home is roomy with plenty of space inside and out to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The first floor has an open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen, living room, half bath and access to a large screened lanai that overlooks the pool. The second floor has a living area with access to a large deck that faces the Gulf. Three second floor bedrooms include a sizable master suite with king bed and bathroom, queen and twin bedrooms share a second floor bathroom. This home also offers a loft with 3 additional twin beds, which is perfect for kids to take a nap after being in the sun all day. All bedrooms and main floor have flat screen TV's with cable and access to high speed WiFi Internet. The outdoor space is truly amazing with private beach access, large screened lanai, and fenced pool with plenty of seating for everyone.

Manasota Key is a laid-back beachfront area with access to kayaking, biking, fishing, boating, wave runners, and motor scooters. If golfing is your passion, bring your clubs and choose from over 20 area courses. Come experience this home for yourself and enjoy the relaxed Manasota Key lifestyle!

Wonderful place

Perfect relaxation in perfect setting!

Wow! We absolutely loved our time in this beach house. So lucky to be able to stay and be spoilt with amazing pool and stunning, secluded beach. The home is so well equipped and every need catered for. Owner and property manager were so helpful and always responsive.

Jane was a wonderful host. If there were any problems, she dealt with them right away. The house was clean. We were happy to not have to purchase a lot for cooking, cleaning, and toiletries. We felt that this house went over our expectations. Would definitely rent again

Great stay, again!

This our second year back to Manasota Key, and it was as great as the first year. Jane is incredibly communicative and is on top of everything. House is beautifully situated on a pristine, miles long beach where you can swim, fish, and find lots of sharks teeth. The pool is great, large enough for three kids to play in, and lots of pool toys were already at the house. The house itself is immaculate and comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen implements, toys, games, and has plenty of space for everyone. This area of the key is almost all single family homes so the area is low density, quiet and very private. It's a great place for families or anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful place on the beach!
