To rent flat of 40M3 in the village of St Lary Soulan. Located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful residence very nice, secure, with elevator and parking. Facing south it enjoys a superb view of the mountain.

A 5minutes walk from the thermal baths and 7 shops, the stop of the free shuttle to the cable car and gondola is at the foot of the residence.

Bonjour, Nous avons passés un super séjour !L'appartement est vraiment genial!Une vue incroyable, avec sa grande fenêtre ! Propre,tous y étaient, machine a laver, lave vaisselle, équipements, appareil a raclette, cafetière...bref,il nous manquait rien !Parking derrière la résidence, toujours de la place. Très bien placée a st lary,tout est a côté....L'agence immobilière pour récupérer les clés, sont tres sympathiques et nous renseigne bien. La propriétaire, très sympa, m'a répondu rapidement a mes messages.Merci en a vous! Cette location une pépite !Nous espérons y revenir un jour!Sandrine Gérard.

Nett Montagne nous ont remis les clés, mais ce fût long et le Monsieur à l'accueil avait un humour pas drôle, pas stressé par le nombre de vacanciers en attente... ça ne donne pas une bonne image dès l'arrivée... il n'était pas au courant pour la remise du chèque de caution. Ont un process de remise de chèque par enveloppe timbrée à l'adresse de la personne qui loue, moi jai demandé à ce qu'il soit déchiré. Appartement points négatifs : chambres des enfants trop petite et confinée ( ils ont eu trop chaud) compteur électrique assez bruyant, canapé vraiment pas confortable ( il faut s'asseoir prudemment pour ne pas se faire mal avec la barre en fer en dessous du coussin ( oreole marron sur l'une des assises sur le coussin).Pas assez de rangement pour 6 personnes ( nous étions 4 donc ca a été pour nous). Réfrigérateur trop petit pour 4 !Points positifs: cuisine fonctionnelle propre et surprise lave vaisselle, pas annoncé dans le descriptif ( tout comme le service à raclette) produits sur place, verres à pied, four pratique et présence de la senseo (non précisé dans le descriptif de l'appartement).Balcon grand avec salon de jardin, superbe vue sur les montagnes sans vis à vis, possibilité d'emmener son chien, pres du centre ville, des commences.Chauffage de l'appartement efficace, assez d'eau chaude pour les douche, literies très bien, machine à laver, tele bien, box bien, place de parking disponible, residence calme, contenairs proche ascenseur.Besoin d'1 2ème clé.

Le logement est fonctionnel à 4 (avec la cabine lits superposés pour les enfants), très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.Très bonne idée le lit coffre dans la chambre pour optimiser le rangement La vue sur les montagnes depuis cet appartement est superbe. Vacances Saint-Lary avril

Très belle appartement avec une superbe vu sur les montagnes, logement propre et entretenu malgré l’oubli d’une poubelle, nous avons passée une semaine bien installé au 2e étage avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour y être à l’aise.

Ravis de Saint Lary

Nous étions heureux dans cet appartement, la résidence est calme, la vue magnifique. Le lit double est confortable, la chambre enfant est minimaliste mais merite d'exister. La salle de bain et cusine top, bien équipée, belle douche. À quatre on est bien. À 6 ça passe mais le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable, et même repliée le canapé n'est pas top. L'ascenseur marche, le wifi aussi. La boulangerie est juste à côté, nous allions à la télécabine à pied (mais sans nos équipements de ski, laissés en gardiennage en haut) et on accède au bourg à pied. Nous étions vraiment enchantés du village vivant; activités, commerces, bars, restaurants nombreux. Nous vous souhaitons de belles vacances à Saint Lary !

Très bon séjour à Saint-Lary dans ce logement, il est très bien agencé, bien équipé et idéalement placé, à à peine 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville.
