Located in the Historical Center (Calle Cerrajeria), the vibrant heart of Seville, in a commercial pedestrian zone, I offer you an exceptional stay in an apartment newly reformed.

The apartment "Mi Rincon en Sevilla", 65m2 (699 sq ft.) is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The apartment has a capacity of two people, so it is perfect for couples.

It is equipped with all that you could need during your stay: Wifi, TV with NETFLIX and other services, hi-fi, printer, Bedroom air conditioning (Cold/Hot), washing machine, microwave, Electric Induction Hob, fridge, Nespresso ( 4 coffee pods per stay), Toaster, Kettle.

The inner apartment overlooks a small courtyard.

In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable 1,60x2m (62-inch x 79 inches) bed with Aloe Vera Memory Foam Pillows, bedclothes and clean towels. All will be prepared so that you only have to come and disconnect.

My goal is your comfort. The apartment is owner-operated (no agency), I will personally provide you with the key and will explain the basic functioning of the apartment to you. You will then be able to have a relaxing stay.

Highly recommend Adriano's apartment

Adriano is more than a host on every level !!! His apartment is beautiful, clean, and feels like home. It is situated in a walkable pedestrian shopping area where attractions, great resturants, tapas and grocery markets are all close by. We felt very safe and relaxed here at all times. Adriano made our stay comfortable, and we felt welcome from the minute we arrived. If you want an all around perfect place to stay please look no further !!!

Fabulous! Everything we needed plus for our stay in Seville.

This apartment rental in the heart of the action made our stay in Seville a dream come true. Adriano is a perfect host, greeted us when we got in, provided us with tourist information and helped us with our airport transportation. He provided us with "starter" provisions for the morning plus a welcome bottle of wine. The apartment is clean, VERY well maintained and in the best location. We were five minutes walk from our tour meeting places. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen well-stocked and everything is comfortable. We will stay there again because we LOVED Seville and want to return. Thanks Adriano, for everything.

The apartment is at the second floor (with elevator) of an ancient totally reformed building.

To move for the downtown you will not need public transport ... because you are already in the center! At walking distance you will find all the places you must visit during your stay in Seville: the Giralda (650 meters), Plaza Nueva (450 meters), Alcazar (800 meters), Plaza de Toros (950 meters), Archivo de Indias (750 meters), Alameda de Hercules (950 meters) …

At a distance of 100 meters, you will find buses that connect with any point of Seville and also with the Santa Justa Train station.
