NOTE: Please be advised that the stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Building 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17, 2025, through December 19, 2025, for repairs to ensure utmost safety.
Work hours will be limited to 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No work will be performed on Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, or weekends.
The necessary repairs require the demolition and replacement of the existing rail system. Guests can expect elevated noise levels in the area during work hours as the project involves jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting. Buildings 21 and 20 will be most affected.
During the stairway closure, Bay Villas guests can access Oneloa beach via the beach trail, which starts on the ocean side of Building 36. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Kapalua Bay Villa 20B3 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, which provides complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels is provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
