This beautifully remodeled 4BR-3BA Tivoli villa sets the stage for a memorable family vacation! Tivoli by the Sea is located on the beach side of the Resort in a quiet enclave. Take a short stroll to the nearby Tivoli swimming pool or hop on our golf cart and spin on over to the sandy white beach and emerald waters.

The living area is designed with a vaulted 30ft ceiling and hardwood floors throughout. An expanse of windows overlooking the manicured golf course allows plenty of sunshine indoors. This property features an open floor plan and comfortable living room furnishings and an HDTV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies and appliances so your party can enjoy evening meals around the dining table.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed, HDTV and an adjoining master bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and designated vanity area. French doors open from the master bedroom to the screened porch where you can enjoy a picturesque golf course view. The remaining two bedrooms on the main level offer queen beds, ample closet space and HDTVs. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath. Children and teens love the spiral staircase that leads to the loft style 4th bedroom overlooking the living area. The loft bedroom offers a queen Murphy bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. For your convenience, there is a washer-dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

The Resort features miles of sandy white beaches set against emerald waters, four championship golf courses, tennis center with 15 courts, a 113-slip marina, fitness center and spa. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a charming pedestrian village with events, shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife that is located on the bay side of the Resort. Grand Boulevard is located just outside the Resort gates and provides access to additional shopping, dining and entertainment.

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly atorfor availability and pricing.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Family vacation

House was great. The only drawback was parking. We had more than one car and it was a challenge orchestrating parking initially. Once we got it figured out though it was great. Golf cart is a huge plus! We were able to explore the whole resort.

Relaxing weekend at the beaxh

This was a very comfortable condo. It was large enough to accommodate my parents, me and my brother and his wife. We enjoyed cooking and there was everything needed except food/oil/spices etc. so make sure to bring or buy what you need. We went to Publix down the street and it was very convenient. It was also really easy to get to the beach in the golf cart. All in all a great trip. Would stay again.

Lovely Beach Stay

This is a beautiful condo that was a perfect place for a beach trip. The living area is beautiful and location conveniently placed in the resort. Loved having the golf cart to breeze over to the grocery store, shopping, or lunch. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great family vacation

Great condo for our family. Space for everyone. The golf cart was a great way to get around the resort. Condo is close to everything we wanted to do. Plan on coming back.

Great Stay in Sandestin

First time visiting Sandestin & we loved it!!! The condo was spacious & clean. BRAND NEW golf cart!!! Great location- you’re close to it all. Walking distance to the beach, quick golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf, and restaurants/shopping are all close by! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was beautiful as described however your ad did not mention all the steps getting in and out of the apartment. My husband and I are both 84 and had to struggle to get up and down the stairs. Also, all of the toilets need to be repaired/replaced because they must be flushed twice to get the job done. We enjoyed the screened porch very much, but it was really dirty. Otherwise our visit was a huge success.

Overall a great place

This unit was in a great location; close to great shopping and good restaurants. We golf carted nearly everywhere. The house was beautifully decorated and had comfy beds. It does need some TLC with paint and some newer toilets. The dryer took several cycles to dry a load of clothes, but maintenance informed us it’s the way the building is vented. We did find some items left behind from a previous guest and makeup on the master bed coverlet so housekeeping could definitely have been better. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak for the kitchen supplies. But we did have to buy laundry soap and toilet paper, so take note of that. Overall, it was a great place for our group!

Recent visit to San Destin

So disappointed in our condo. The golf cart wouldn’t charge called right away and nothing was done She ignored my calls when I called her after the first call I finally texted her. She refused to offer a credit for no golf cart and my girls were so disappointed We go every year and I won’t be staying here again. The 4th bedroom is a loft with a Murphy Bed which is a mattress leaning against wall. Not like any Murphy bed I have ever seen.

Perfect Location, Great House, Awesome stay!!

This was literally the PERFECT spot and vacation we have had. We go to the beach every year as a big family and this was one of the best. There was 11 of us total this year, 4 kids and 7 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was a super plus- no fighting over the rooms! The loft upstairs was perfect for my single brother to sleep during the day and the kids to play during the day. The house was super clean, updated, and very nice!! The golf cart was perfect and the resort literally has everything you need!!! You can ride the golf cart to lots of shops, Publix, and lots of places to eat. The resort has tons of pools, easy beach access, and even mini golf! It’s a beautiful place and you will not be disappointed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had NO issues with our week stay. I will say the *only* negative thing I could say about this location would be the beach had lots of resorts/hotels that had all of their rental chairs and umbrellas out so it was a little difficult to find space - tents have to be behind all the rental chairs so that made it difficult for us to see our kids play. But, we ended up just taking our cars 5 minutes down the road to the public beach and it was just as easy!

Wine Festival Rental House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location to the festival and we could use the golf cart to go back and forth. The property manager was responsive and helpful but the garbage disposal was not working and my husband searched for a tool and was able to fix it. The maintenance man did not show up until the following day. There were two coffee makers, both broken. They did bring a new one that was very nice. The property could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was sticky and I was doing exercises on the bedroom floor and there was dust under the furniture and a plastic hook from clothing tag so it was evident that no dust mop or vacuum was used. I would just suggest that the property is always checked before new tenants come in.

Dryer problems

The dryer would not dry our clothes. It took forever, 6+ hours to dry small load. I called and they sent someone that day, still didn’t dry clothes, called again and someone else came to blow out vent, which they had determined to be problem. Was told it was blown out and clear, still didn’t dry clothes. Called again and she called appliance company and they said vent probably wasn’t blown out to end of vent. Someone came and disconnected vent from dryer and we were able to dry several loads of clothes last night. Very aggravating not to be able to wash towels for us to take showers. I didn’t realize that there were stairs that were that steep. My son has a prosthetic leg so it was hard on him. We enjoyed the golf cart to ride to the beach even though we couldn’t swim because of the double red fags due to rip current. Found other activities to do. The kitchen could have a few more things; whisk, measuring cups, some plastic mixing bowls

Loved Destin, not so much the property.

The property was run down. It was not very clean. The railings of all the beds were dirty. In between the nightstands was filthy. The laundry closet was extremely dusty. The windows have not been cleaned in years. The balcony door had fingerprints from previous renters. The sink in one of the bedrooms (the smallest bedroom with a queen bed) was clogged and water kept collecting in the sink. Considering that we came with a 4 months infant, I had to wipe all the counters with antibacterial wipes. Housekeeping does a very poor job of cleaning. Prior to checking in I contacted the property manager and asked to have early check in. Her reply was that check in depended on the housekeeping and that she would inquire when they would be done cleaning the property. Again, considering that we flew with an infant, I was certain that it would be possible to check in at least a few hours earlier than the standard time of 4 pm. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Furthermore, the property manager in the middle of the week asked if the house can be seen for a showing by a realtor?! Overall the location is beautiful. We loved Destin. We loved the beach and the area. We loved having the golf cart. The property is in the process of being sold and no one takes care of that poor house.

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at 5255 Tivoli Dr. The management team was great and quick to respond to questions about the golf cart which had issues. The toilets need to be replaced or at least new parts as they all flush poorly, also the washer/dryer need upgraded badly, as the dryer didn't dry.All in all, its a very nice place with plenty of space and cool loft. Would stay there again.
