The marine enclosure is a contemporary villa combining the warmth of wood and design materials in a cocoon of greenery.
You will discover a spacious universe for 10 people in a U-shaped architect's house, totally on one level:
- a living room dining room kitchen of 50 m2,
- 4 bedrooms (including a master suite equipped with a dressing room) with a total of 3 beds 160 cm x 200 cm and 4 beds 90 cm x 200 cm.
- 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 2 with walk-in shower.
- 3 toilets
- and a traditional hammam
Outside, you will enjoy a natural and relaxing atmosphere on a vast terrace of exotic wood of 100 m2 with its comfortable living room (for 10 people), its dining table (for 10 people), its plancha, its heated swimming pool equipped with massage nozzles, facing a landscaped garden and without vis-à-vis.
The pool is totally secured by an automatic submerged flap.
In the driveway of the villa, you will have the place to park 3 cars.
A local will be at your disposal for your bikes and beach equipment. We lend you 4 new adult bikes.
Upon arrival, you will find a selection of furniture and decorations whose ambition is to offer you a warm and comfortable atmosphere in which relaxation and rest will prevail.
The bedding is new and of excellent quality: mattresses, bolsters and memory pillows. We put at your disposal a quality hotel linen and a set of 2 towels per person.
If you like to cook, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, induction hob, freezer, dishwasher) with all the necessary utensils (Robot, citrus juicer, blender, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ...) .
Babies will find a suitable seat and a comfortable bed at their height.
During your stay, you will appreciate the ideal location of our villa, close to the beach, the forest, markets, shops and restaurants. At the end of the street, a bike path and a pedestrian walkway will invite you to leave your vehicle on the spot and to privilege your displacements on foot or by bicycle to discover Mimizan beach but also to benefit from a magnificent forest with the various essences.
In the evening, you will be able to snuggle quietly on its large wooden terrace set back from the sparkling life of our seaside resort.
For winter days and chilly evenings, you will enjoy a warm house with underfloor heating, and you can after the evening an invigorating walk on the beach or in the forest, relax in the traditional hammam specially designed by us .
