House has approx. 2500 Sq Ft with private dock between loch 23-24 on the Seneca River about 1/4 mile from 3 Rivers. Large deck overlooking water . Docks have about 180' of deep water which will handle boats up to 48-68'. House is fully furnished with washer and dryer. Back down the lot and you can launch your boat up to or around 25-30ft. Fire pit outside near dock. Lot on water is fully fenced in for security and pet safety .
WiFi and Cable included. Central Air Inc .

Docks have full power for boats and water if needed , close boat rides to Oneida Lake , Cross Lake , Lake Ontario, Onondaga Lake, Port and City of Oswego. Day trips to Seneca Lake and Cayuga. See all of what CNY has to offer from your boat

Perfect for the occasion

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is exactly as described clean convenient spacious relaxing. Host checked in on us and was responsive. We are looking forward to visiting again in 2026.

Family stay at a convenient location to attend a family funeral

Great location on the Seneca River, good size house, kept clean and tidy. The owner was a gracious and understanding host helping us find grocery stores and shops.

Family Weekend Funeral

The house was lovely spacious and relaxing! It was a sorrowful occasion but the lovely house was perfect for family to come together to console our hearts. I would recommend this home to all families young and old! Ellen

Life on the River

This is great house for a taste of riverside living. It’s perfect for an extended family to share meals, take in the views and make a lifetime of memories. It was exactly what we hoped it would be!

Dirty and Unsafe

This property is not fit for rental. Upon arrival the home was found unclean, and unsafe. The house was left unsecured and we were given incorrect information for access. The property manager was not concerned and I had to take up the issue with the Vrbo health and safety team. The property manager thought it was reasonable for them to come and clean and provided smoke detectors and testing during our stay. Unaccepatable and very concerning that Vrbo allows this.

Spacious, convenient, and reasonable...Great place!

Our family was in town for a funeral. The home was super convenient to the highway and airport. This is a very nice home offering ample space up to eight (we had six). There is a very tight, winding staircase to the downstairs so we decided to bring our luggage in from outside. Worked fine. The views were so beautiful, and lots of land for pups. The entire backyard was fenced so super nice. We would stay again. That being said there were many spider webs in the downstairs bedrooms which results from the lower level and water location. This needs attention for future guests. Our check in process was okay thanks to the occupant at the lower end of the property who was friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable so there was definitely value here!

This was absolutely the best value I have ever had. I travel all over the U.S. and this was the very best. You will NEVER find anything like the for the money. Perfect for entertains my family after a tough loss and everybody enjoyed it. Right on the river. Perfect views and I can’t complain about anything. Landlord was very cooperative and helpful. We all will definitely be back. Thank you for a great house

The home is right on the river. The deck overlooks the river, so it’s great to sit out on the deck. The house was clean. The only issues we experienced was the A/C system couldn’t keep up. The downstairs (finished basement) was much colder and comfortable, but the upstairs would not get below 79°-82°. I believe the sun shining directly into all the windows and sheer curtains and being the hottest week of year didn’t help. But, it was unbearably hot upstairs. Thankfully, we were gone most of the time during the days for family functions. Owner did offer to have someone come out and going to check into A/C system, so it might get resolved. Overall, it was a nice home to host our family and parents for a week.

Family get together

Plenty of room but property has not been maintained well. Garage door broken, disposal broken, dishwasher leaked. Etc. curtains were mesh and didn’t cover the windows. Sun would wake us early and warm the house to uncomfortable temperature. Lower level was 5 to 10 degrees lower than upper level. We did enjoy the area and our multiple kayak trips on the Seneca River.

RUINED FAMILY CHRISTMAS VACATION TOTALLY RUINED

Where do I begin!! We rented house for daughter coming in from Switzerland, son and family (10mths,4,7) driving in from Indiana so we could all be together for Christmas 10 DEAD MICE FLOATING IN A FULL BUCKET OF WATER BEHIND DOOR IN BATHROOM!!(pictures attached)!! These weren’t found until the 5th day of our stay. Odor coming from bathroom We were not able to find another place for all of us. We contacted the owner after the bucket of floating mice. Each day we found another issue. Mouse droppings on the stove. We noticed mouse traps hidden in the kitchen which means the owner knew about issue. Moving items on the counter we found dirt and mouse droppings. It was obvious nothing had been cleaned in quite a while. Advertised jetted tub-put kids in and BLACK MOLD came out of jets!! (Owner said tub hasn’t been used in a while). Tub in lower level hadn’t been cleaned at all (see sponge pic)). We had to totally clean for 3 hours (4 adults) before having family visit to see grandson. We found mice droppings around dressers in the bedrooms downstairs. Cobwebs hanging in the kitchen from ceiling fan over table and low hanging lights over the island. Food had been left in the cupboards from previous renters (full cupboard). I used 4 buckets of Lysol to mop dirty floors. Shower liners were extremely dirty and gross. Advertised garage 2drwhich had to be physically lifted up and down OWNER SAID REFUND DAY AND 120 CLEANING FEE IF NO REVIEW!!

Beautiful Stay on the River!

This place was such a relaxing getaway! Our family of 8 stayed here for two nights, which a few friends joining us for lunch. The house is beautiful! Wall to wall views of the backyard and river. Gorgeous kitchen and hardwoods, literally everything you could want for a weekend away! The location is perfect, you're no more than 3 minutes from everything you could ever want or need right on Route 31 in Clay. The only forwarning I would give is that the lower level isn't super accessible if you have someone who may have trouble going down a circular staircase. Our daughter had a leg cast and it was easier for her to go through the yard to access her room. Also, the temp greatly varies between floors with the rising heat and the afternoon/evening sun shining through. But both minor inconveniences. Also, the river was not for swimming. It's an amazing location for kayaking, fishing, etc. but our kids got torn to shreds on the zebra muscles in the water. Not that it deterred them much anyway! As far as our host Marc, he was fantastic! He checked in on us often via text. Even before we checked in we accidentally had a grocery order delivered early to the house, and he was gracious enough to have his housekeeper bring in the groceries and put them away for us! It was an awesome experience overall, and my fiance and I are already talking about possibly renting again just for the two of us to get away!

Nice Property, Poor Communication

The house itself was very clean and as expected, although one of the screen doors to the back deck was broken. After asking numerous times if I could check in an hour early to allow us time to get ready before a wedding, the only response I got was that I could stay for two additional days at half price, if I was interested. The code to the house was incorrect and after trying 3 different codes given to us by the property manager it finally worked. Then we couldn’t get the AC to work so I texted again and the property manger told me he had to change it from heat to AC but first had to ask which property of his I was staying at because he owned five … Lastly, there was a large boat in the garage when we checked in and when we woke up the next morning we noticed it was gone, meaning someone came to the property, used a code to get into the garage (we didn’t lock the door from the garage to the house because we figured the garage lock was secure). We also kept a few coolers and personal belongings in the garage assuming it was secure. I certainly wouldn’t have minded if the property manager told us he or someone else was coming by, but it was alarming to know that the space we rented was being accessed by someone else without our consent or knowledge.

Cheap and Bare Bones Management but a Great House

Disappointed that Such a beautiful home became a less than comfortable stay due to bare bones amenities and management. Future renters shouldn’t expect any “home comforts” and need to bring everything they need. As a frequent traveler and host myself this rental had the potential to be excellent as the home itself is beautiful on a great lot, but some issues to be aware of. We had a young child and the uncovered outlets in the basement were concerning. The drapes were pathetic and did not cover any bedroom windows so don’t expect to sleep in. The cleaning crew left an excessive amount of Trash in the garage that very rotten smelling. To the managements credit they apologized for that and the subsequent late check in due to previous renters being dirty, but did not remove until the last full day of our stay. House was not ready even at check in time. Pillows were very cheap and worn out. So cheap We had to go out and buy $25 of pillows to have a decent night sleep. (No refund offered by management) Bedding was minimal (no mattress pads) No toiletries at all were provided. Hair dryer was not present. Lots of unpicked up dog poop by the fire pit. Multiple lights are out Yes this is a bit picky but this attention to detail would have made a 2 star stay a 5 star experience. Overall would love to stay in this home again if someone else took over management and spent a couple hundred dollars on curtains, bedding, and some homey furnishings. Yes I have high expectations but want to leave this review for others who do as well.

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We were staying in the area for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's college graduation from Syracuse University. We wanted a location to escape to between activities in the city at the University. The property was PERFECT! It was easily accessible to the city of Syracuse and yet a very quiet, spacious and serene location to come to between or after events.It was especially perfect for the post graduation family celebration of about 10 people with a great long porch overlooking the river and an open and spacious living room/dining facility to which the porch was attached. Very roomy accommodations and plenty of parking space.The owner was easily accessible as well as helpful. We arrived very late the first night and struggled with the entrance. I hesitatingly called the owner who answered immediately and fixed our issue over the phone instantaneously.Renting this property made for a perfect stress free graduation weekend spent with family and friends. I would recommend it without question for a pure vacation location as well because of it's location on the water with a big yard and spacious house in a quiet area! We could not have asked for a better long weekend!
