♥ Trou aux Biches Cosy Tropical Beach Getaway 1 min from Seaside & Restaurants ♥

Superb location just a few steps from the beautiful bay of Trou aux Biches and some of the best restaurants and local food stalls up north. Trou aux Biches beach with white sand and clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkelling, is 250 meters by foot. Supermarket, bus stop, diving centers etc. all nearby. This 2-bed apartment was redecorated with ♥ in April 2019 in tropical island style with Nordic hints. It's best suited for one or two couples, or two friends travelling together.

The living room has a comfortable and inviting banana leaf sofa set with covers and cushions in different shades of soft rose and a dining table with locally made rattan chairs. The airy white linen curtains lets light in and the green plants brings the outside in for you. The walls are adorned with paintings, made by local artists. In April 2019 we added a large-screen LG SMART TV, with LG 5.1 bluetooth surround sound system with external 1TB hard drive with over 400 latest movies and TV series (including a few Netflix series) to entertain you in the evenings after a day at the beach or an exciting day exploring the island. Local TV channels are also available. Connect yourself to the rest of the world with our free WiFi connection.

The main bedroom has a UK standard double bed (137x190cm) with 100% cotton sheets, down-feather pillows, wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables with matching lamps. Please note that this is the only room with aircon! There is also a stand fan in the apartment, which can be used in the second bedroom or in the living space.

The second bedroom has the same kind of set up as the main bedroom except this room does NOT have an aircon.

During the cooler winter months (June-September) we make the beds with double size down-feather duvets. You also have the option to have the bed made the Nordic way, with two single duvets.

The kitchen is of good size and has basic equipment for simple holiday cooking. There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance, one of the best restaurants in the North being only 70 meters from the apartment (Italian) if you don't feel like cooking during your holiday. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, french press, pots and pans and some basic utensils.

The bathroom has a shower with moderate/lowish water pressure but enough to wash away the sea and the sand. There is also a top loading washing machine and a small drying rack on the balcony.

Your balcony with an open green view has a Moroccan style heavy mosaic table in burnt orange and beige lightweight aluminum chairs. The road taking you to the seaside just 70 meters away is below the balcony.

We have a few rescue cats, Poupie, Whitey and Turbo who, from time to time, “visit” the apartment. If you are fine with them, they will also be fine with you! However, should you not require them inside, all one has to do is open the door and “shoo” them away!
