Felt like being at a retreat. So quiet and peaceful. The decor make it feel like a loving home where you could relax in nature. The amenities were helpful. Listened to the from at night on the front porch. Well definitely book this place the next time we visit Hogg Mine.Thank you Sylvia and Butch

It was a great weekend! Very welcoming home with everything you need. Quiet, comfortable inside and outside to relax and visit. It was our annual sibling weekend and we just like to hang out!

Great stay at Pond House

The house is very nicely located in peaceful surroundings. Clean, cozy, in very good shape, and has everything you need (we are a family of five). We had a great stay!

A very peaceful and quiet location. The house was spotless and very well stocked for most anything you could need. LOVED the Frigidaie stove. I had never seen one! I highly recommend this home.

The Pond House was very clean and peaceful. We appreciated and enjoyed the step back in time that felt like we were visiting family in the country. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the host put thought into helping guests be comfortable. If traveling to this area again in the future we would try to stay here again.

This is an exceptional home away from home property. It is well stocked with everything you could need and several things you didn’t even know you needed!The house is very clean and neat. The artwork on the walls is amazing. And the range in the kitchen will astound you. Conveniently placed for excellent nearby attractions and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We will be back to this peaceful haven of tranquility soon!

We want to come back! So enjoyed this home in the country. Reasonable price, clean, cows in the pasture, everything you could need in the cabinets, peaceful and felt safe. Large table for games or puzzles. Butch and Sylvia were great hosts.

Perfect for a girl getaway!

The pond house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. It’s very conveniently located to Callaway Gardens, and Warm Springs. The house is cozy and well stocked. We would definitely want to stay again And we would recommend it to anyone Looking for quiet and relaxation.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 5. The house was near the state park where we hiked. The inside reminded us of our grandmother's house and was very quaint. It suited our 3 kids. The pond was beautiful and our kids had a great time catching and releasing every evening. The property is more beautiful than the photos. The hosts were amazing and communicated wonderfully. Our expectations were exceeded and we are grateful the Lord led us to this beautiful pond house to call home for 4 nights. If we ever visit the area again, there's no question where we will be staying!
