Direct oceanfront vacation condo at Seawinds in North Myrtle Beach. This third floor unit has two king master bedrooms with balcony access and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The condo sleeps 6. There are TV's in each bedroom and the living area. The kitchen has custom built cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The first master bathroom has a walk in shower. The living area and balcony furniture were all updated in 2021 and the entire unit was painted. The condo has new flooring and not carpet.

The condo has a full size kitchen and washer and dryer.
The property offers free WiFi, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and great location in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. There are two elevators on property and parking for two vehicles is free.

We supply linen and towels for daily and weekly rentals. There will be 8 towels and wash cloths, a kitchen set, and three bath mats. Please bring any additional towels you will need and beach towels.

There is no smoking in the unit, building, common areas, or parking lot.

**The pool is currently closed. It is estimated to reopen May 11th. This is not guaranteed.**

This is our second home. NO house parties, motorcycles, smoking at all, or pets. The primary renter must be the person who rented the condo.

The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.

The rental agreement agreed to at booking must be signed and returned within 10 days. We require a valid address, driver's license, and credit card

Beach Retreat

The condo was beautiful. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and fully stocked for all your needs. The balconies were spacious and had comfortable beach furniture on both balconies. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
