2/2 home in 55+ community in Punta Gorda Fl close to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Tampa and 2-3 hours from Disney. Our county is now open with very little restrictions to beach goers, parks, restaurants etc. Everything has been cleaned and sanitized for your safety. There is plenty of sanitizer, paper towels and toilet paper so you don’t have to buy ANYTHING of those items. New well appointed kitchen and master ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Wifi and Dish included.This property is backed up to the reseverve so no one is behind you. Close to great restaurants and downtown shopping in quaint and 3rd safest FLORIDA town. Heated pool and community clubhouse just one minute walk with shuffleboard, horseshoes etc. Everything is here for you. Well stocked kitchen to make meals, 2 kinds of coffee pots, crockpots, microwave etc.
