Need of holidays? Come and relax in this superb villa of 250m² without any opposite.
Located only 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches.
You will find quality services and something to entertain you throughout your stay.
You will have an indoor swimming pool (7x3) heated to 28 degrees, an infrared sauna that can accommodate 2 people, a spa for 5 people (water change before your arrival).
Large terrace equipped with a bar, plancha, bbq, fitted kitchen, living room ...
Palm trees, pétanque court, ping-pong table, hammock, deckchairs ... are waiting for you!

4 bedrooms:
1 Large bedroom with 180x200 bed, Italian shower, dressing table, double sink
1 bedroom with 140x200 bed, an Italian shower and a basin.
1 bedroom with 2 bed 90x190.
In the patio, you will have a parental suite with bed 140x190, Italian shower, a basin and wc all perfectly independent.

You will also have private parking for 4 cars.

Animals are accepted free of charge (if they are nice). The garden is well enclosed. In addition we have a large beach where dogs are accepted on the sand and in the water, which is very rare in France.

Perfect hideaway relaxing retreat!

This villa is a fabulous find in the holiday resort of Vias plage. This is our family’s second visit. The villa has everything you could need, we took our dogs too as the villa is very secure with enclosed outside space. The hosts Corine et Georges are friendly, leaving you to your privacy but are there if you need them. Parfait!

Great stay, perfect for our family ranging from 84 to 14 everyone enjoyed themselves. Including the dog. First thought was where are we! but once in the building it’s great. 10min drive to restaurants bars shops and beaches. Thanks we will book again if you will have us!

The Perfect Holiday Villa !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! Our wonderful host Corine provided excellent communication throughout our visit, keeping us updated on local events and ensuring we had everything we needed. The villa itself was beautifully clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained, regardless of age. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool table, table football, pétanque court, table tennis, dartboard, and cards provided endless fun for our group. The outdoor area is beautiful, offering ample space to sunbathe or relax in the shade. The outdoor basin was incredible—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were fully supplied with every cooking appliance and utensil we could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze. All in all, this is the most perfect villa, situated in a fantastic location with everything you could want for an ideal holiday. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

Unglaublich schön

Die Bilder können dem, was einen im und ums Haus erwartet, gar nicht gerecht werden. Es ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus hat sehr große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume. Die Betten sind total bequem, leider mussten wir das alle sechs einen Tag lang testen, da wir krank geworden sind. Als die unendlich nette Vermieterin das mitbekommen hatte, bot sie uns sogar an, 2 Tage länger zu bleiben. Einen davon nahmen wir dankbar an. Man kann mit den Vernietern jederzeit völlig problemlos über WhatsApp in Kontakt treten. Dank Übersetzer erldigen sich dadurch auch die Sprachbarrieren. Bei Anliegen wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Also auch hier können wir nur positive Rückmeldung geben. In anderen Rezensionen haben wir gelesen, dass die Umgebung, ein Gewerbegebiet, erstmal abschreckt. Das ist tatsächlich der Fall, allerdings landet man hinter den Toren direkt in einer anderen Welt und fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Es warten tausend Möglichkeiten auf einen, um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Ebenso für Kinder, wie für Erwachsene. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Und es gibt mmer eine Möglichkeit sich mal zurück zu ziehen. Wir haben uns super erholt und das Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in erreichbarer Nähe. Leider haben wir nicht viel geschafft und werden wohl nochmal zurück kommen müssen. 😉 Corine und Georges wir bedanken uns nochmals für die schöne Zeit auf eurem tollen Anwesen. Wir sind noch immer begeistert. Bleibt gesund.

Schöner aber viel zu kurzer Urlaub…

Wir hatten noch nie so nette Vermieter wie in diesem Haus. Leider haben wir nur eine Woche gebucht, aber wir werden wieder kommen. Nous n'avons jamais eu de propriétaires aussi gentils que dans cette maison. Malheureusement, nous n'avons réservé qu'une semaine, mais nous reviendrons.

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub

Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet ist zunächst ungewöhnlich, aber wenn man durch das Tor tritt wird man von einem tollen Innenbereich erwartet. Der Garten rund um die Villa ist ummauert und sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt. Die Villa selber ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich ist bezaubernd. Meine beiden Teenager und die 2 Hunde hatten ihren Spaß. Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die14 Tage sehr genossen.

Das Objekt liegt zwar in einem Gewebegebiet (daher nur 4 Sterne für Lage), aber das fällt so gut wie nicht auf. In dem Haus fühlt man sich wie in einer Oase :-)

Bel accueil. Belle villa où nous sommes hors du temps. Tout y est. Une semaine qui passe beaucoup trop vite tellement qu'on s'y sent bien. Nous espérons en profiter une prochaine fois.

Tolle Unterkunft - wir kommen wieder

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten (ua Pool innen und Sauna). Komplett ummauert- dadurch sehr guter Windschutz, was auch bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober noch für sehr angenehme Temperaturen im Gartenbereich sorgte und und zudem die Möglichkeit gab, unseren Hund (für den Corine zu Beginn gleich Leckerlis bereit gestellt hatte), frei laufen zu lassen. Wie schon von anderen Gästen geschrieben, liegt das Objekt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Das stört allerdings nicht, weil man davon auf dem schönen Gelände nichts mitbekommt, Corine ist zudem eine tolle Gastgeberin-wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
