Fully furnished and equipped, looking to house a monthly or long term tenant during the off-peak season. "Half Pint" is located nearby all of Galveston's most famous attractions and destinations, creating opportunities for visitors and nomads alike. You are within just 5 minutes (driving distance) to the following notable sights and world renowned places of interests, including: UTMB Health, The Historic Strand District, Seawall Blvd, historical museums including The Bryan Museum, Moody Mansion, 1859 Ashton Villa, and popular dining establishments such as; The Sunflower Bakery & Cafe, Mosquito Cafe, The Spot, and tons more!

Step inside our cozy abode and be greeted by a comfortable and spacious living space. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-sized appliances and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. Enjoy your meals and create lasting memories with your loved ones. Featuring two bedrooms perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests, with a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping. Relax and soak up the Texas sun in the fully fenced-in yard providing a safe and inviting environment for families and pets. After a long day enjoying Galveston's many amenities, sit back and enjoy the modern amenities such as Wifi, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, a washer/dryer, and air conditioning units to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a retreat with friends, Half Pint provides a welcoming and convenient home away from home. Book your stay with us and "Live Like a Local!" There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photocopy of identification of the main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. **Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home.

This place is great! It was clean and well-taken care of. The little yard was great for our Pekingese. The house is in a convenient location- it’s close to everything. We loved this cozy little place and will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and close to everything. Only issue was the living area a/c struggled at times to keep cool during Texas heat but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

The only issue is the air conditioning, the ac in the living room is to small to cool it off, the ac where the bunk beds are cuts off often plus is in the middle of the bed so it freezes whoever is on the bottom bed.Everything else was great, property management were very helpful and quickly respond

Great little hideaway

We enjoyed our little mini vacation before going our cruise. This house was perfect for our family of 5 to hang around enjoying family time. We had enough room for all of us to sleep. The best part was even tho it’s tiny one the outside, there is plenty of space and we didn’t feel like we were stepping on one another. The next time we will definitely stay here.

Cozy and convenient!

This cabin was equipped with all the necessities. Really simple process to book and check in. It was about a mile from the beach which was convenient. A little farther is Stewart Beach which was nice for fur baby. Thanks for a relaxing stay! Only comment would be that the AC units were a bit on the noisy side but kept the place cool even at 95 degrees outside.
