This property is very close to Notre Dame campus. Doug the property manager was very easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly no problems. It was a great weekend
This unit was a good choice for a Notre Dame football weekend. No complaints about the apartment. Unfortunately, the house next door had a loud party and took the parking on Saturday night.

Surely Good enough :)
Not fancy, a few strange things like a single stream fire hose shower that could easily be changed out. Appropriate for the cost.
If you need the barest of necessities this is your place….shower, toilet, bed, small table, 3 stools, fridge, sink, a couple of burners. If you require cleanliness, fresh scent, updates, repairs, a sense of security this is not your place. Funky, gross bedding, disrepair, broken window treatments, glass chard on bathroom floor. Bring bedding, bring a window covering unless you like people being able to look in your room, bring cleaning supplies.
No true complaints. No frills but it's close to the stadium. The bedding is cheap but it's clean and appears to be relatively new. The place is small but it's advertised appropriately. It was clean but dated. Doug checked on us to see if we got checked in and made sure we had what we needed. Good experience overall.

Fine but not great
Our stay was fine but not amazing. The space is one large room as pictured and could use some serious updating. It is a little dingy and not at all homey. The bed is on a basic frame and is quite uncomfortable. For a ND game the location worked out well as we could walk to campus but that is about the only thing that made it worthwhile.
