If the outdoors is your jam, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, white water rafting, and mountain climbing are within your reach. Interested in a more relaxing experience? Peruse the Taos Plaza, sipping on wine, local craft beers, or other libations, while enjoying the incredible art scene, eco architecture and shopping. For the spa lover, take a 30- minute drive and enjoy the Ojo Caliente Hot Springs Spa.
Our happy place boasts gorgeous pueblo style architecture featuring an open floor plan and new furnishings. A blend of traditional and contemporary character, with high viga ceilings, wood burning kiva fireplace, slate tile floors with in floor radiant heat, curvaceous plaster walls, and picture windows to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views! The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, standard appliance package, and open access to the dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a blender, and utensils should you choose to enjoy preparing meals while being mesmerized with the Sangre de Cristo mountain view. Complimentary coffee is provided. Sleeping four, the secluded large master bedroom is fully furnished including a king bed and twin sofa sleeper. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.
Step outside into the private, fenced patio and relax or dine alfresco. The beautiful grounds at La Vida Feliz include community bistro seating by the fire pit, serenity gardens with 2 water features, and an aspen grove. High Speed Internet and SMART TV are available for your enjoyment! Take the Chile Line shuttle to the Taos Ski Valley (seasonal), Taos Pueblo or Taos Plaza (year-round) or Uber! Only 5 minute drive from the Taos Airport! Very convenient for private flights or booking from Taos Air! Rates vary by season.

Patio door in master bedroom has wooden dowel rod. Please ensure this is placed in the sliding door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Music allowed but at a reasonable level. 1 warning will be issued. Failure to comply results in termination of rental with no refunds.
Use of the jetted bath is allowed, but please use provided bath soaps only. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Location was perfect for our trip. The condo was very quiet and comfortable and it was great to have washer & dryer to use. Parking was right in front of the unit. I would stay there again but would need to bring my own pillow as I am picky about having a soft pillow.

This place is fantastic. Great location and proximity to Taos ski resort. It is cute and cozy with everything you need. Both the king size bed and pullout bed are super comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay.

The location is wonderful. Beds were comfortable. We did not spend much time in the space and did not use the kitchen. The back patio is adorable. There are no bathroom amenities so make sure you have your own. The shower has exposed brick the smell is quite overwhelming. There was something scratching across the roof all night, we suspect a critter. It would have been nice to be able to use the kiva but there were fake candles inside it instead. When we arrived to the address we were given at 11pm we weren't given the unit number. So it was frustrating to not have the correct check in information available. Although host quickly answered their phone to clarify the unit we were in. Beyond that our stay was good the space was cleaned. They asked us to pull sheets/towels and start our laundry but they were put of detergent.

We really loved our stay at this property! The condo was clean, well stocked, and the Mountain View from the front window was amazing for sunrise! Nice size kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds, and great proximity to area ski hills. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband lived in the Taos area for five years after college. We frequently visit with our daughter, and hope to make Taos our retirement destination. This community has so much to offer, and we find it extremely relaxing coming from the Big D. Our belief is we are blessed to be a blessing to others.
