Great place with lots of privacy, laundry, and close to everything. Originally built as the chapel for the First Baptist Society, then used as a vestry hall, this building has found a new life as an amazing, furnished 1 bedroom studio. Off-street parking, close to shops, pubs and restaurants on Water street. Soaking tub, heated towel rack, antique built-ins, a wall of closets, in-unit washer and dryer complete the package.
