This beautiful vacation beach home is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. You will appreciate the luxury vinyl plank floors, kitchen, and bathrooms in this recently renovated home. With over 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a private screen enclosed heated swimming pool, this property is ideal for families. Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.

We were very excited about having access to the beach equipment.Bikes were not that useable. One beach umbrella for 8 people was not sufficient.Wagons, boogie boards, chairs … perfection! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The pool is lovely. My family of 9 were very comfortable and had a fantastic time. Our host was exceptionally attentive.

We had an incredible time at this rental! The location is just a short, easy walk to the beach. It made our daily trips to the sand completely stress-free.The home itself was well-appointed and truly had everything we needed to feel right at home. On top of that, the host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with.

This property made our trip much more enjoyable coming home tired from sightseeing to a relaxing place Our grandsons enjoyed the small pool each evening after a busy day. Our daughters were so impressed how well stocked the pantry was. I loved the little espresso machine ! Beds comfy laundry soap provided beach buggy with chairs toys WHAT AN ENJOYABLE TIME!! We had a great time! It was fun being so close to the beach and we really enjoyed the heated pool. This house had all the pool and beach gear and toys you need!! Beds were great too! And having the baby gear was a bonus for our multi-generation group. My only suggestion is to upgrade silverware and add some wine glasses!!

Wonderful Family Stay

We stayed for week in this wonderful house. Great location a quiet neighborhood. Host kept us informed of local events, like a SpaceX launch and suggested viewing sites. Defiantly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! House was fully stocked with everything you need, the only thing we needed was food. House is clean and cozy. Nice pool, kids swam in it daily. Close to beach!

Great Getaway

We were walking distance to the beach which was an absolute gem. We enjoyed the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and enjoying sunset strolls along the sandy coastline made our stay unforgettable. The cozy accommodations and proximity to the ocean created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

For the most part everything was great about the house. Just like the pictures, clean and spacious. My family loved it! We enjoyed going for a walk to the nearby beach too. The fireplace (led lights) wasn’t working, and we had a pool cleaner and landscape crew show up unexpectedly, but nothing I felt I needed to address with the owner during our stay.

This is a great place to stay! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants, shops, and our activities. It was great to come home after a long day and take a dip in the pool. The house is very well stocked and Theresa was a super host! Planning to go back next year!

The home was well supplied. Theresa thought of everything. The few items I brought with me I did not need. The only hiccup was trying to figure out how to heat the pool and had a little trouble getting the dryer started. Overall, we loved our stay.

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 15 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating a home that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

I live just 15 minutes away and am available for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

Why they chose this property

couple few blocks to the beach. Most of the neighbors are full time residents that live and work in Cape Canaveral year-round. This is not your typical row of townhouses that are all rented out and managed by property management companies. Our property is the only short term rental available on the street and we personally manage it. This is a true live like the locals vacation experience. All the yards are well maintained and all the neighbors know each other. It's a special place. That's why we are strict about quiet hours and no street parking out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the unique quality of the neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, this is it!
