Upon entry to the house you are greeted with a foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room with open entries and soaring ceilings. The kitchen is large with a center island and breakfast area, perfect for meal preparation and casual dining. With larger groups you can enjoy the formal dining room. Two separate wings offer private settings for a couple in the large master suite on one side and up to four guests or children in the two bedrooms with shared bath on the other side. When you want to relax in the evening or on a rainy day the family room features a 55" High Definition TV with XFINITY X1 cable and DVD/BlueRay player, and a great audio system. Enjoy the use of the WiFi with high-speed internet access anywhere in the house. For outdoor meals you can enjoy the rear deck with very private woodland views, using the wood dining set and gas grill. Also enjoy hi-def cable TV in the kitchen and master bedroom. For pet lovers there is a fenced dog yard below the deck.

Our private neighborhood is two minutes by car from Mashpee Commons, and 10 minutes from South Cape Beach. There are many restaurants and shops at Mashpee Commons, and also family activity centers for mini-golf, bowling and ceramic crafts. Our favorite nearby restaurants are Bleu, Estia, and Wicked; there is a great ice cream shop right at the Mashpee Rotary. Our neighborhood is adjacent to the Mashpee River Woodlands conservation land, which is a wonderful place for hiking, biking or dog walking with miles of woodland trails bordering the river; the access point to these trails is a 2 minute walk from our house.
