This floor is like a little apartment of its own.There is another room (no door-open floor plan) with two twin beds.This 2nd floor has an open floor plan with a total of 3 beds, kitchenette, dining table and a full bathroom. Fan and A/C unit. ***DECK & OUTSIDE & OUTDOOR SHOWER** The back door (from kitchen) opens to a large deck running the full length of the house.The deck has a dining table, small tables, ottoman, extra chairs, gas grill & lounge chair.The grassy yard also has a 2nd dining table.
