Family & pup-friendly rustic, cozy cabin with a fire pit and hot tub only 10 minutes from downtown Helen Come experience this cozy cabin in the woods! Snuggle up by the woodburning fireplace with a glass of local wine from one of the many Northeast Georgia wineries. The flatscreen TV above the fireplace gives you all the comforts of home. You will love this authentic rustic cabin with all wood interior. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook but Helen and the surrounding area have a great selection of restaurants. Try one of Helen's Bavarian-themed restaurants.

After a busy day of hiking in Unicoi State Park or shopping in Helen, come back to the cabin and get a good night's rest listening to the night sounds of the forest. Or relax in the hot tub and let all your cares melt away. The wrap-around back deck has a gas grill and steps down to the outdoor firepit where you can gather around in the evening, share stories, roast marshmallows, and breathe in the fresh mountain air!

This cabin is a great spot for a getaway in Helen, Georgia. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy fireplace and hot tub. The location offers privacy while being a short drive to downtown Helen. A solid choice for a relaxing stay.

Peaceful Spring Break

We enjoyed the quietness of this property. It was far enough away from the tourist town of Helen, while still only being a 10 minute drive to enjoy the town. The property itself was well maintained and had all the amenities we required.

I wasn't going to give a bad review but you never offered me any compensation. I could have died or been made ill from the amount of smoke i inhaled from that fireplace that you still have listed on the page. I told you yesterday (daybafter we left) to take out the fireplace on the listing but guess you didnt take it seriously. The fire place allowed smoke to come in the house all night (with the flue open) and me sleeping in the loft woke up to choking from all the smoke, slept with the damn windows open in 30s cold outside and no smoke alarm went off?!?! Then there is no mention that there is like 20 stairs to get to the front door and my poor 75 yr old mom had to carry her stuff up because she came early. But NOWHERE on the listing does it mention this.. I should have known the house was going to be bad when i walked in and it rekked of smoke but i figured if it was the fireplace , it would have been fixed. Nope. Just glad my mom wasnt sleeping in the loft. It could have killed her because she sleeps hard. You never offered to compensate me when i told you and that was your cue as a good host to offer to comp a night. But nope so here you go.

Cozy cabin

Over all we had a good time. The cabin was very clean. It was cold during our stay and the bottom bedroom was very cold even with the heater that was provided. The top bedroom was very warm. We had all of the amenities that we needed. The place was easy to find and we even had helpful neighbors who informed us of the snow storm that was coming we left a day early but this was still a good trip and I would stay here again.

Dream catcher was a great stay! Just outside of Helen, it gave us the laid back atmosphere we were looking for. The host was very attentive if needed. After hiking the Smokey’s all day, the hot tub and fire place was great. Very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect and peaceful getaway.

Booked this cabin for our anniversary and it was the Perfect place to go. Everything is very close by and check cabin was so cozy and clean. The hot tub was a bonus too. Will definitely be back!

Great Location, Private, Clean and Comfy

This is in a great location between Helen and Lake Burton. It's on a quiet private lot. Well supplied kitchen. Very nice grill. Nice, large Hot tub. Comfy sofa and chairs. Very Clean. Good WiFi and Smart TV so you can use your own streaming services (or bring our own devices). There are a lot of stairs on this property so just be aware that it is not accesible friendly. Overall it is a great weekend getaway

Can’t give 5 out of 5 stars because of one thing

Everything is perfect aside from the bed. Staying 3 nights was actually painful and we didn’t sleep much. The main floor mattress must be 20 years old. The springs or something metal is what you are sleeping on. I would not recommend for a comfortable sleep unless they switch out the mattress. Otherwise 5 stars 100%! The new hot tub is a fabulous feature. Fully stocked kitchen. Does not have a dishwasher which for the 3 of us didn’t matter. The 10 min drive to Helen is also really convenient.

Dream catcher cabin

My stay was initially booked as a weekend getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday but it turned into a weekend of us reconnecting and just enjoying each other’s company. The cabin was not only cozy with just enough space it’s surrounded by beautiful greenery. We were able to sit in the hot tub and enjoy music and conversation without the daily distractions and disruptions we experience at home.
