We offer a 55 m² comfortable apartment with a clean design and a natural spirit. It accommodates 4 people (+ baby) in a mansion surrounded by a park and a stream. Near the Nordic and alpine ski areas, in the heart of the family winter and summer sports resort of Foncine le Haut in Haut-Jura. 2 renowned ski resorts of Métabief and Les Rousses are 25 km away, and 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 30 from Dijon, this place invites you to get away from it all, to feel good and relax.

Nestled in the heart of a fully accessible park,
the apartment is fully equipped (TV and Wifi -
combined microwave / fan oven - Dish washer - blender / hand whisk - coffee maker - toaster - 2 refrigerators with freezer - hair dryer - towel dryer - vacuum cleaner ...). Comfortable bedding with sheets.
It has one floor (bedrooms and bathroom / toilet).

Small description of the station:
In the heart of the village you will find a grocery store, cheese dairy, bakeries, butchers, bar, restaurant, pizzas and hamburgers to take away, media library, doctor, cinema, ski rental, French ski school.

Foncine le Haut is a mountain village located in the Haut Jura Regional Natural Park (870 m - 1,200 m) a few kilometers from Switzerland.
Typical village of Haut Jura, Foncine has kept its natural setting.
The tourism activity is very developed, both in summer and in winter. It is suitable for both family tourism and sports tourism.

Pleasant stay in beautiful region

The apartment is in a beautiful area, where we went on some amazing hikes. MarieN and Alain were very pleasant hosts. They kindly let us check in earlier than originally planned. The accommodation was very clean. We really appreciated the maps and excellent information on the local area. We liked the privacy that we had whilst staying there. Unfortunately the property is adjacent to a road and although it was otherwise quiet, we were disturbed by the traffic noise. There were three of us staying in the apartment. One small sofa isn’t enough for up to four guests. Another armchair is definitely needed. The cleaning wasn’t included in the rental price (possibly our mistake for not noticing this) which meant we paid an additional 50 Euros rather than cleaning ourselves.The photos of the apartment on the website were insufficient.

Von der ersten Minute haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Empfang und die Betreuung durch MarieN war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus mit seinem ursprünglichen französichem Stil und seine Lage fanden wir traumhaft.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Wohnung wunderbar hell und freundlich, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum, es gibt verschieden Plätze und wir haben stundenlang unter den Bäumen gehockt, gelesen und uns entspannt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, falls ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

Une belle expérience

Le site, la maison et l'appartement ont un charme tout particulier. Les propriétaires se sont engagés sans compter pour rendre un séjour dans leur maison de maître le plus agréable possible. Leur acceuil chaleureux et leur disponibilité font qu'on se sont vraiment bien dans cet appartement.
