Carnac is situated in the heart of the bay of Quiberon, near the Gulf of Morbihan. This seaside resort is known as the “Reine du Morbihan”’ (Queen of Morbihan). It has a rich historical heritage, thanks to its sequences of megalith stones.
The house is situated in the heart of Carnac-Plage, 50m from the beach, 100m from the sailing club, from the thalassotherapy centre and the shops.
Main part of a semi-detached villa, totally independent from the other half of the semi-detached villa and from an apartment on the garden level on the other side. Big flowered terrace, well hidden from the street by a high wall with a gate. Electric heating. WIFI (April to end of September).

Ground floor: Entrance to the living-room (25m²), very bright: 2 sliding windows to terrace (south oriented), television, sofa bed 2 places. Kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, 4 gas hobs, dishwasher.
Basement with washing machine. Independent WC. Bathroom: washbowl, shower in the bathtub.

1st floor: accessible via stairs from the living-room. 1 room with 2 single beds, window door leading to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed, window door leading to the balcony.1 room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, washbowl. Bathroom: washbowl, shower in the bathtub. Independent WC.

Deposit: 400€. To pay locally: visitors’ tax (0.90€/pers./day) and utilities (30€/week or electricity according to consumption in low season. Pet allowed (additional costs: 25€)
Sheets and towels on demand (€13.10/double bed - €11/simple bed - €5/ towels kit)

Super emplacement

Maison idéalement située sur Carnac plage.C’est dommage qu’il faille payer le parking. L’équipement est présent mais mériterait d’être remis au goût du jour. La terrace à été bien appréciée

Lieu agréable et bien placé

Hormis, la maison qui correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avons été déçus par le fait que le stationnement soit payant sans être avertis sur l'annonce de ce fait. Il faudrait trouver une solution pour les locataires qui passent plusieurs jours. Les stationnements non payants sont relativement éloignés > 500 mètres
