Beautiful detached chalet on 2 levels of 107m2 in the middle of a pretty garden and view on the mountains. 20 minutes from the lake and Annecy by car
The chalet has:
3 bedrooms: all equipped with beds 90X200 with duvets and pillows, baby bed
2 bathrooms: a shower and a bathtub; and 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
Open plan kitchen opening onto a beautiful living / dining room, overlooking a balcony and terrace.
At the bottom, in addition to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, a garage is available to store your sports equipment, with the washing machine.
A large garden surrounds the chalet with a beautiful shaded terrace and barbecue.
The chalet is in a small village 20 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and 45 minutes from Geneva.

The chalet is a lovely spot, great for dining outside and lovely views. We barbecued in the sunshine and it provides easy access to all around the area.

Excellent stay—didn’t want to leave!

We had an excellent stay. As other reviewers said, it’s even better than the photos. The house is spacious and has everything you’d need. The views are beautiful and the location is quiet and peaceful. It’s easy to get to Villaz for groceries and food and it isn’t far from Annecy. The host was wonderful and made us all feel very welcome. We’d definitely come back to stay here again. Merci, Nathalie!

Annecy chalet

Lovely quiet chalet close to Annecy which is a great base to explore the local area. Its only a short drive from here to the local beaches, shopping and forests. The house itself was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would want for a family with lots of attention to detail making the stay stress free. The host lives next door and is easily contactable for help if needed but you are very much left to enjoy the peace and quiet and views it offers. Overall a great choice in a lovely area of Annecy.

Une très belle semaine, pour la deuxieme fois dans le chalet de Nathalie malgré une météo plus que capricieuse.Un cocon où l'on se sent bien, il y a tous les équipements dont nous avons besoin, une propreté irréprochable et une literie confortable. Le petit village de Naves parmelan est très agréable et proches des commodités. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem Haus mit viel Platz, Ruhe und sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Gegend ist fantastisch, im nahen Nachbarort kann man alles einkaufen, was man braucht.Empfehlenswert sind der tolle Bäcker, die Käserei und die kleine Pizzeria mit Bar!Nach Annecy und zum See runter ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Dankeschön!!

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons trouvé le chalet de Nathalie et son hospitalité . Le logement est très spacieux, confortables, propres et calmes. Bien équipés ainsi que leurs grandes terrasses donnant sur un joli paysage de montagne. Le chalet est idéalement située pour visiter la région d’Annecy et les alentours . Belles balades à pied possibles aussi à partir du chalet. Les commerces ne sont pas loin. Vraiment, je recommande le chalet de Nathalie.

Superbe chalet avec tous ce qu’il faut ! Le gros plus les lit fait et linge de toilette directement sur place. Propreté impeccable Nous n’avons manqué de rien il y a tous ce qu’il faut sur place. Les espaces sont grand ainsi que l’extérieur idéal pour 6 adultes. Emplacement parfait entre lac d’Annecy et les montagnes et à 30min de station de ski la clusaz.a 1h De chamonix mont blanc ou nous avons pris le tramway du mont blanc superbe ! Un grand merci à vous ! Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons sans hésité !

Chalet agreable très bien équipé avec un grand jardin

Le chalet est grand, très propre et vraiment avec tout dont on a besoin à l’interieur et l’extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin avec des endroits ensoleillés et à l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le lac et Annecy sont à 25 minutes. Il y a tout ce qui faut à 5 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont d’´une grande gentillesse, une de mes meilleures locations!
