We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

First time ever booking something like this so I was nervous, but the host was great and made me feel at ease, was really good with communication and check in was very easy. The pictures are accurate and the location is perfect for what we were looking for. Place is really nice and clean. will definitely be checking availability of this place when we come back.

The only complaint I have is that the property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The bathrooms needed some cleaning. We liked the property but wish the space would have been cleaner upon arrival.

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean, updated and has everything you need. It is in a very nice complex - Seascape- with excellent pools and it’s close to everything- beach, food and shopping. We had an overall fantastic stay, and plan to stay here next time we visit. Highly recommend!

This was the nicest place that I stayed and the furniture was top notch. The bed was great… the view of a the gulf was beautiful in morning with a cup of coffee in my hand. The laundry room was top of the line the kitchen had everything you needed. The room was clean and quiet. We were here during Soundwave festival which was right across the parking lot. So convenient if going to the venue.The restaurant down stairs was great they had a live band and the pizza was great the price was very affordable. We ate there every night Resturants near by too if you want to explore different foods. We will book this place again when in the area.

Amazing Place & Amazing Host

This is a beautiful place. Thanks to Sandy, her kindness we were able to check in very early and spend first whole day at the beach. We had enough space, towels , plates and felt very comfortable. Truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend this place,

Awesome stay!!!

The property was as described and very clean. You overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean from your private balcony. Easy walk to the beach. We did a lot of cooking in the condo and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo. We loved it!!

Great View!

We loved the condo! The view was great! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. The condo was very clean and perfect for us. We loved spending time on the large balcony. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Wonderful, Clean Condo with a Great View!

What a great condo for our family vacation! The condo was perfect and SO CLEAN!! Sandy is a very responsive host. Unfortunately, the Florida weather did not cooperate during our trip, but having a great condo to hang out in made it all okay! We highly recommend this property.

Mothers Day Weekend

We came in for mothers day and had a great time attending the music festival. Our view from the balcony was wonderful and we had just enough things within walking distance. We did have groceries delivered though, which was also a very easy process. We would rent here again.

Great location and loved the balcony!

Our family had a great week at Sandy’s condo! It’s in a central location in a gated community with lots of amenities including 2 pools and a great restaurant. There are other restaurants nearby too. My husband and I and even our teenagers loved hanging out on the 10th floor balcony just enjoying the ocean views, watching weather rolling by, and people watching! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and loved the separate bathrooms from the teenage boys. We would definitely stay there again!
