This beautiful, designer decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse is yours to unwind relax and enjoy your stay. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children. Master Suite features a KING bed and a bath w/double sinks and tiled shower. One of the guest bedrooms has 1 Queen bed and second guest bedroom has a children bunk bed with extra twin pull out bed and additional twin bed. Dining table seats 6 w/additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The Guest bathroom features tub with a shower. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and includes all of the following to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher; oven; microwave; cookware; dinnerware; kitchenware; beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, washer, dryer.
Lanai has a table with 4 chair chairs & a GRILL for your convenience.
The living area provides large screen LED smart TV. Wi-Fi, wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. There are 3 pieces reclining living room set, 6 seats.

Wonderful extended stay

We stayed here for the month of December and enjoyed every minute. Our host was responsive and informative. The townhome was spacious, comfy, and clean. It came stocked with the majority of your everyday essentials…plus bikes, beach chairs and a grill. The neighborhood was active with walkers and bikers…we were able to use the fitness center, pickleball, and pool often. The location was better than expected… minutes from restaurants, grocery store, ballpark, dog park, golf courses and then 10 miles from a number of different beaches (including one for dogs!) Would definitely stay again (we wish it could have been longer) and recommend to others!

All in all the place is very nice but a few basic things were not provided.... No blankets (only throws) in bedroom with bunk beds Only one kitchen towel, no kitchen cloths No oven mitts No Tupperware/food storage containers TV in master bedroom would be nice

Excellent Townhouse

Our family is considering moving to the Venice, Fl area within the next two years. We weren't sure if living in a planned community was for us so we decided to try it out by staying here. The community itself is beautiful with miles of sidewalks for running, biking and walking dogs. The townhouse was immaculate when we arrived. I am so picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home was spotless. Everything was well stocked with pool noodles, 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and maps of the area. We sat on the lanai every evening and every morning. It was so peaceful and very safe. There were egrets and herons right in the back yard. Everyone in the community was very friendly as well. The host was easy to reach by text/phone/email and responds promptly. Our 12 year old who is always ready to come home after our vacations didn't want to leave! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. 5 stars.

A very nice place but not a great fit for me

Pool was closed for first 11 days of our stay. We had guests that first week so they couldn’t enjoy the pool. I have mobility issues and rented a recliner to sleep in but did not realize there would not be a shower downstairs. Both were upstairs 18 steps. Also every other place I’ve rented thru VRBO had a TV in every bedroom. room. Only one here in the living room However place was very clean and we lived Gran Paradiso! Our property manager was helpful when contacted.

Fun time at Gran Paradise

The Townhome was nicely furnished and the owner was vary responsive to several minor issues. Great community, and made many friends playing Pickleball on one of the 6 courts. Found some fun places close by with outdoor dining and live music.

This townhouse felt like a home away from home. I'm so used to staying in hotel rooms for vacation, so staying here really felt like a treat. The place is so clean and fresh, everything was brand new. I loved how the place was already stocked with everything you would need. From the full kitchen, to the coolers and towels, we were all set. Incredibly comfortable bed, I always got a good nights' sleep. The owners' rep Monika is so thoughtful and hospitable. I was so sad to leave, we have already reserved it for next year!
