Spacious Beach Inspired Villa in Grand Paradiso!

Newer (2020) beach themed villa in Gran Paradiso gated community. This almost new 2 bedroom (+ den) villa is a perfect getaway. Features an open floor plan that backs up to a tropical wildlife preserve where you can enjoy your morning coffee in your screened lanai. Large master bedroom (King bed) includes large closets and attached master bathroom. Den contains a Queen sized bed, while 3rd bedroom hosts bunk beds. Home includes amenities such as basic cable, internet, well equipped kitchen, and beach necessities including chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. There is one parking space available in the garage.

Beaches and downtown Venice area are a short 10-15 minute drive away. The new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Center, Cool Today Park is within walking distance. Grand Paradiso also has a resort style pool, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts.

*please note the $500 is a fee paid to Gran Paradiso fee to be able to use amenities - it is their requirement. Additionally a background check is required by the HOA for each renter on the lease.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had lots of space and amenities. The community was perfect for walking and biking and the community pool was fabulous. Great area and close to many activities. We’d definitely return!

Venice Villa Lovely

We had a lovely month at Calli and Ron's villa in North Port, FL. They were very friendly and accommodating, and the few times we needed to contact them they were very fast in getting back to us and so helpful. Everything in the villa is very nice, with comfortable beds and all the ammenities you will need. Some construction going on in the area, but it did not bother us in terms of noise, etc. The neighborhood folks are friendly and all is sunny and light.
