About this property

Spacious Townhome close to the Twin Cities, lakes, shopping and restaurants.

Our 2017 end unit townhome has been meticulously maintained and offers all the comforts of home. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, as well as a loft space, additional bathroom andlaundry room. The private master suite has a beautiful master bath and walk-in closets. One bedroom is a nursery and the other has a queen bed. The loft space has ample space for additional guests to sleep.

The main floor is all hardwood and has a completely open concept layout. The expansive kitchen has marble countertops, a gas stove and is fully stocked with the necessary kitchen items. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 14-ft couch! Just off the living room is a 1/2 bathroom and an office space.

With windows on three sides, there is abundant natural light filling the entire space.

You can see Cedar Avenue, which provides direct access to the Mall of America, several nearby lakes, restaurants, downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. This location is perfect for families as you're centrally located but not in the heart of the city. The complex also has a wonderful playground for the kids to enjoy.

The townhouse was exactly what we needed. We spent lots of time at the property while some family explored the area. The townhouse was spacious enough for everyone to be able to spread out and be comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and helpful when we contacted her.

Out of Town Wedding Accomodations

Overall, this was ideal for an out of town place to stay for a wedding. Disappointed that there were only 1 Queen and 1 King bed, although plenty of couch/floor space. After an air conditioning malfunction and slight problems with thermostat and coffee maker, our stay was very comfortable.

Thank you for your review Jeanine - I do apologize that the air wasn't working properly on Friday night. The quickest I could get a repair man there was the next morning, which is what I did. I hope the full refund for Friday night helped a little bit. I'm sorry the sleeping set-up wasn't ideal - however, the property description clearly states the sleeping arrangements within the house. You are welcome back anytime.

Home for Christmas

We rented the home to celebrate Christmas with our kids. They live in the twin cities but are not able to host. Mamma (i) was able to host, have my family, and create wonderful memories. Plenty of space.

Home away from home

We stayed in this rental for the 2nd time. We used to live in MN and my son mentioned that the townhome feels like a home away from home. Clean, modern, bright, well decorated. My only suggestion would be to consider upsizing the bed in the 3rd bedroom to accommodate an adult, purchase an iron (we attended a wedding an needed a touch up). We will stay again!

Minnesota fun!

We have made many trips to the Twin Cities this past year to visit our daughter and son-in-law. We loved the space and welcoming feel of this Town house. It is very clean and well taken care of. I couldn't ask for a better experience. There were four of us who traveled to the area for a family memorial service. The accommodations were quiet, comfortable, and easy access to the highway. Communication with the host was prompt amd pleasant. It suited our needs perfectly and would stay again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Bring together family from a couple states can be challenging. This place provided a big enough gathering space for 6 of us, complete with cooking big meals, to gather. It is within 15 minutes of one done and my son from out of state and his girlfriend were able to stay with us here. Open design area between kitchen and living room was great for continuing visits during meal prep. Our King sized bed was very comfortable. Room darkened nicely at night. En suite master bath was excellent. Upstairs seating area with huge couches and similar area downstairs allowed sports on one TV and drama on another! Very close to some awesome shopping, restaurants and hiking. Owner was very quick to respond and accommodating…. Even allowing us to come early day of arrival. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend!!
