For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this studio with a North-East facing balcony with a view over the valley and the Mont Blanc.
This 25sq-m studio is situated on the 5th floor with lift of the residence Belles-Challes, first floor froom outside, and can accomodate up to 4 guests.

THE RESIDENCE BELLES CHALLES

It's located in the Charvet's village and it communicates with the Lauzières residence.
You can put on your skis at the entrance of the residence to access the "Vagere" chairlift or the "Transarc" gondola.
The covered car park "Le Charvet" (additional charges) is available at 50 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and every hour in the summer.
All you need is at the bottom of the residence : the Tourism Office is around 40 meters, the supermarket around 50 meters and the medical center is at the ground-floor of the building.
You'll also reach the ESF ski school about 5 minutes' walk.
