Ideally located in the heart of the Arcs 1600 resort, pleasant 36m2 studio for 5 people in the Cascade residence, offering a ski-in ski-out service and direct access to the shops and restaurants of Place du Soleil.
It consists of a sleeping area with 3 single beds (80x190) including 2 in height for children 6 years and +, a living room with sofa bed 2 places, combi TV / DVD, south facing balcony, a modern fully equipped kitchen (oven combined microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine), a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
New in winter 2017/2018: the apartment has obtained a 3 Cristaux Paradiski classification from the Tourist Office of Les Arcs, and since February 2019 internet access (free building WIFI).
The residence offers a unique situation with a direct departure / return to the Cachette chairlift, and the studio comes with a ski locker. The shops and restaurants in the heart of the resort are located 2 minutes from the residence (mini-market, charcuterie / cheese dairy, bakery, equipment rental).

The weekend cleaning service is included in the rental price.
Possibility of covered parking space (+70 euros / week). Limited height 2m
Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.

Séjour en famille aux Arcs 1600 : parfait!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable en famille au cœur des Arcs 1600! L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Il est très lumineux et offre un agencement optimal, ce qui le rend extrêmement fonctionnel. Nous avons également apprécié le fait que les propriétaires aient gardé quelques détails de l'architecture de Charlotte Perriand des années 70. Nous étions 5, avec 3 enfants, et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Tout est prévu pour rendre le séjour agréable et confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances à la montagne en famille!

Appartement magnifique, mais avec une mauvaise surprise

L'appartement est superbe, grand, lumineux, la vue est magnifique. Location parfaite. Mais un point pas class du tout : récupération des clés à la conciergerie, personne pour l'état des lieux fait en autonomie, constat d'une baguette de bois d'angle cassée, photo, notification dans l'état des lieux et retour immédiat à la conciergerie. Après la location le propriétaire nous prévient que le cout (50€) sera partagé entre nous et le précédent locataire ! Aucun retour à mes mails criant à l'injustice totale (si il y avait eu un vrai état des lieux en présence de la conciergerie ou autre, le constat aurait été sans appel). Pas class du tout.

studio coin montagne propre, au gout du jour et bien equipé (plaque induction, nespresso, plan de travail, canapé recent...). bien placé pour skier (quand on est autorisé...) . seul point d'attention, la residence n'a pas d'ascenseur. Pour finir, très bon contact avec les proprietaires.

appartement très bien placé , pied de piste, très bien équipé ( vaisselles, appareil à raclette,lave vaisselle, lave linge;;). décoration sobre , clarté du salon, peinture mur refaite . canapé lit très récent avec matelas très confortable . nous venons depuis 5 ans aux arcs 1600, 3 enfants ; nous louons dans la résidence cascades chaque année: c est l appartement le plus agréable et fonctionnel que nous avons loué.
