Owner does not like to follow VRBO rules

We had a miss communication with the owner. Apparently, he expected us to clean his apartment rather than have a service do it. We piled towels and sheets, and started a load of dishes in the dishwasher, and left the apartment like we always do, and got nothing but good ratings from property owners. This owner just does not want to follow the VRBO rules. He constantly wanted to communicate outside of the application, and sent keys to us using normal mail, and then express when they did not show up. There was nothing on the website that specified that we would clean the apartment like a cleaning service would.

Skiurlaub über Silvester

Wir waren mit unserer Familie über Silvester zum Skifahren in Les Arcs. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über Fewo Direkt war unkompliziert und es wurden zügig alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich eingerichtet und für uns während des Urlaubs genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great and spacious apartment

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Spacious, well located and fully equiped. At one side of the apartment there was a square with some shops, ski-rental, restaurants, grocery-shop and at the other side you could directly take the ski-lift, the location was super! The owner, Jean-Yves communicates very good.

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans cet appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Les deux grandes pièces sont claires, très confortables à vivre. Quel bon souvenir pour notre famille. La cuisine est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Et l’appartement est très bien situé dans la station. Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible pour répondre aux questions. Que du positif C’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons si nous en avons la possibilité

Lage des Appartments, Vermieter, Infrastruktur super. Appartment selbst nicht taufrisch, aber auch sehr günstig !! Für Alpin Skifahrer sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement propre et cosi, les espaces y sont bien pensés. Il est idéalement situé dans les arcs 1600, tant pour les départs/retours du ski que pour l'accès aux commerces. Propriétaire sympathique et flexible, je recommande !

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Il est confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et bien orienté. La station est familiale. Avec des enfants, c'est l'idéal. Les loueurs sont disponibles et à l'écoute. A recommander!
