Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement und bedanken uns für die sehr guten und ausführlichen Informationen (mit Kartenmaterial), die uns der Vermieter rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt hat.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur zur Schlüsselabholung und Rückgabe war umständlich, hat aber funktioniert. Das kurzfristige Telefonieren mit der Agentur am Anreisetag ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und kein guter Service.Das Appartement ist sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet und wir haben es sauber vorgefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder dorthin.Jürgen Geitner aus Berlin im Februar 2025

Appartement très bien situé et bien aménagé ! Nous regrettons le manque de flexibilité de l'agence immobilière (pas du fait du propriétaire donc) sur la remise des clés. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons à la Nova et nous avions toujours eu les clés avant 15h, voire le matin avec d'autres agences.

Situation

Très bon emplacement pour les skieurs. Aux pieds des pistes et des remontées mécaniques. Idéal également pour les petits enfants (proximité du jardin des neiges). L'appartement est bien aménagé et dipose d'un grand balcon très bien exposé. Super séjour ****.

Cosy and convenient

Privately owned, warm, comfortable apartment. Plenty of cleaning materials, even washing up liquid left by last clients. Comfy beds, well equipped (maybe a plunger type cafetière would be nice) with all utensils etc. The oven and hob could have been cleaner but that was previous clients. We rectified that. A short walk outside, up some steps then a pavement and you’re on the snow with access to the Vagere chairlift. A great view of the lower slopes from the balcony. The use of the owners underground parking space was very much appreciated (for a fee but a saving on normal parking rates). Recommended. We’ll more than likely be back.

Nice appartement

We really enjoyed our stay here, with 4 persons, in the New years week. Location was excellent (close to everything), appartment is really well equiped, the beds are comfortabel and the communication with the owner was really good.

Family ski holiday.

Fantastic apartment right next to the slopes, had eveything we needed, comfortable beds and endless hot water!! Brilliant for our teenagers who were in Ski school opposite every morning. Can't wait to return.

Un beau séjour

Un appartement très bien situé dans la résidence NOVA 1 (c'est-à-dire la première sur les pistes et juste à côté des cours de ski). Une bonne organisation. Un appartement globalement conforme à la description, bien aménagé. Trois bémols: une moquette qui se nettoie très mal, une salle de bain qui ne permet pas de prendre une douche sans en mettre un peu partout et un éclairage très très insuffisant.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement qui est très proche du départ des télésièges et des commerces d’Arcs 1800. L’appartement est par ailleurs confortable et le propriétaire très prévenant. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à l’avenir.

Super séjour aux Arcs 1800

Une très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement idéalement situé au coeur de la station ... L'équipement intérieur est parfait pour la semaine. Très bien orienté avec la terrasse qui nous a permis de profiter du soleil jusqu'au soir ... Je recommande vivement cet appartement et je pense que l'on y retournera ...
