From the moment you arrive you'll appreciate all of the beautiful touches of this recently updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa. Relax on one or both of the screened porches and take in the tidal marsh views that are so unique to the lowcountry. The Racquet Club Villas are in a private enclave, with a wonderful neighborhood pool and deck area that stretches out into a beautiful tropical lagoon. This convenient location is close to the Seabrook Island Tennis Center as well as the Equestrian Center. Hop on the biking/walking path just across the street and head to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village or stroll around Palmetto Lake.

This inviting villa is tastefully remodeled for optimum comfort and convenience. The villa is open and bright with plenty of light and hardwood floors on the first floor. The immaculate, updated kitchen is fully stocked with solid surface counter tops and newer appliances. A few additional details include a Keurig brew coffee pot, toaster, blender and toaster oven. The open kitchen features a bar height pass through with 3 bar stools adjacent to the dining area with bar height table and seating for 4. The renovated half bath is also on the first level.

The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a 55" HDTV Smart TV with a DVD player and small collection of family DVDs. The sliding doors lead to the wonderful screened porch with comfortable seating and dinning area to relax. You will love watching the natural wonders of the tidal marsh that make Seabrook Island so unique.

Upstairs the master bedroom features a classic blue and white palette with a new king bed, updated en suite bath and sliding doors accessing an adorable private screened porch with comfortable Adirondack seating and a bistro table area with 2 chairs. There is a also a 32" HDTV Smart TV. The guest bedroom is just down the hall and features 2 twin beds set in coastal hues with a barn door leading into the updated en suite bath. There is a 37" Smart TV.. The bathroom has a single vanity with tub/shower combination.

All TVs are equipped with an Amazon HD Fire TV Stick for streaming. Hulu Live (ESPN, HGTV, Golf, local channels, etc.), Disney+, IMDb and CBS All Access are included. You may login to your Netflix account for access to additional Movies, TV shows, etc.

Sip your coffee or sweet tea on the cozy porches as you relax and take in the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. When you're ready to start your day, you'll have all the best amenities right outside your door - just head out and enjoy!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities.(outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We enjoyed our stay but please note that this property is on the 2nd story and the 1st story is raised so it’s really like a 3rd story entry. You must be able to walk up a few flights of stairs which we found difficult with our luggage. Seabrook is amazing and we loved that the property included the amenity cards.
