Discover the charm of Seabrook Island at the exquisite 176 High Hammock Villa, a perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a serene escape. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom villa offers a cozy ambiance, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, this villa features a spacious bedroom and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
The inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Decorated in a palette of serene neutrals, the living area provides ample seating, a large screen TV. and access to the covered patio area. A large, relaxing sectional sofa and dining table can be found on the patio that overlooks the fairway. The well-equipped kitchen allows for delightful home-cooked meals and is open to the dining area with seating for 6.
Off the living area is an updated full bath with shower and vanity. As always, Sandpiper provides all of their properties with an assortment of plush towels and linens for all beds.
The Master bedroom features a tranquil sleeping space with large plush queen bed, small closet area, TV, and ample lighting. An updated, modern ensuite bath with oversized vanity, and shower off the bedroom.
Two twin beds can be found in the guest bedroom. There is also access to the patio. A second full bath features a shower and vanity.
The washer, dryer in the unit comes with a few laundry pods to start your stay, For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a few starter items: a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, a liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, some kitchen garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, body soap, bath soap, and shampoo.

Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
