Beautiful executive home in a quiet neighborhood
Large Master suite with Adjustable King Bed, Glass Shower with separate tub. The front room has a Large Window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. The living room has a 60 inch TV with Surround sound and sub woofer. Over-sized reclining leather couches. Wood/Gas option fireplace. And a 90 gallon saltwater tank for your enjoyment. Private office with large desk and amenities. 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds with room darkening shutters. Large Kitchen to move about with a gas stove for cooking.
The house has a doggie door (NO CATS ALLOWED).
The large back yard has a hot tub, covered gazebo sitting area and hammock for relaxing.
There is a lovely park across the street, with miles of paved walkway along a beautiful creek.
Our home is 23 miles from downtown Austin, where there is live music, fabulous food venues and lots to do every day!

Why they chose this property
We moved to Round Rock, Texas in 2018 to be close to some family members.
Prior to that we both lived in Arizona for 28 years.

What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this home because of the beautiful white stone, the layout and flooring and the gorgeous large yard, with huge oak trees. The neighborhood is lovely and their is a superb park, and miles of paved trail, along the creek across the street from our culdesac.
