Maison de charme pour un excellent séjour

Nous avons été conquis par le charme de cette maison trÚs spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement située. Julien est trÚs sympathique et disponible. La maison est bien parfaitement équipée (cuisine, jeux de société, Wifi, Netflix...) Bref, on se sent comme dans une maison de famille et on passe un superbe séjour!

Traumhaftes Haus mit sehr viel Platz

Das Haus befindet sich in einem recht kleinen Ort direkt an der Kirche in der Ortsmitte. Der BĂ€cker ist 2min entfernt. Der Supermarkt ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist fĂŒr 6 Personen ausgelegt und hat 4 (!!!) Toiletten und 2 (!!!) Wohnzimmer. Es ist wahnsinnig viel Platz und super ausgestattet. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Une grande maison fraßche pour l'été

Maison confortable, plaisante et bien meublée. Points à améliorer : Petit jardin charmant et agréable bien que séparé de la maison par une petite rue en impasse. Les vélos promis n'étaient pas là, difficile d'en louer dans le secteur. Fermeture à revoir des salles de bains à l'étage. Point de départ idéal pour de magnifiques promenades au bord de la Rance.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mitten im Dorf

Das Haus ist sehr groß und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr und Ă€hnliches war im Übermaß vorhanden, der Grill im kleinen Garten war gut, auch der Herd und der Backofen funktionierten gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Haus ist so groß, dass wir fĂŒnf uns verteilen konnten, ohne dass wir einander gehört haben. Das Wifi war auch super, was ja gerade fĂŒr die Kinder entscheidend ist :-). Es gehört ein kleiner Garten zum Haus dazu, so dass wir fast nur draussen gegessen haben. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Gasse mitten im Ort, die Kirche ist fast nebenan und lĂ€utet ab 7 Uhr morgens. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber nicht zu hören. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch als wir nach stundenlangem Stau viel spĂ€ter ankamen als angekĂŒndigt. Plouer sur Rance ist sehr gut gelegen, so dass alle Orte gut zu erreichen waren, die wir besuchen wollten, wie Dinah, St. Malo oder auch Mont Saint Michel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Hello,
After 20 last years in diverse country of the globe.
After one catering schools with cook's training(formation) in pocket, I went(surrendered) to the United Kingdom to learn the language(tongue).
Then all it is chained with 5 continents more and other trainings(formations), stories(trouble) heights the head and a well filled(performed) life.
Today I life most of the time in Switzerland(Swiss) and in spite of all these beautiful experience(experiment) I always adored returning in Brittany there or I spent my childhood.
The life is there soft and the sea surround us, what offers a serenity benefactions of which I appreciate(estimate).
I always dreamed to have a place to me and that is why I bought this small haven of peace at the edge of the rancid, I wanted of the former(old) with the modern comfort without the bothers of the city, but without the beings

Why they chose this property

This House is perfectly situated, because it benefits from the peaceful peace of a small village.
With the estuary of the rancid close by for strolls, sailboat, paddle, golf, bike.
We can make to 10 min to the city Medieval of Dinan to eat in a great frame or have a drink in a bar in the typical decoration.

Or dream in saint Malo's streets, Corsair city in 20 min.

Dinard in 20 min, in a market filled with good regional things twice a week, restaurant and bars nice, beaches, my preferred belongs close by for the surfing to lunar saint.
Via the road of the coast, we arrive to eat oysters on the port of Cancale.
We can go to visit the bay of the Mont Saint Michel after noon which abounds in fauna and in flora, and why no one tease in ramparts.

What makes this property unique

It is a Small village of stone house of shipowner and fisherman or life is enjoyable with his small business, of the fresh bread in 35 m.
A small literary café, a small cheap restaurant or it is necessary to drink the apéritif Sunday noon after the small morning market to meet premises.
Or the restaurant of the hold in 800m with a magnificent view on the rancid and the small beach, completed for the lovers of the sail and the paddle, the mountain bike and gone hiking .bref a small paradise in the middle of the triangle of holy gold Malo, Dinard, Dinan.
