Lovely apartment a short distance from Annecy but close enough to travel in. Quiet neighbourhood and well equipped apartment to suit our needs. Lots of wonderful places to visit on the doorstep. Sandrine has a wealth of information and knowledge to make your stay truly memorable.

Wonderful, quiet, short walk to the lake

Our host Sandrine was wonderful and the apartment was all we hoped for, well-stocked and updated, with great views and a heavenly covered terrace including a big swing chair you will want to sleep in, after admiring the alps from there.We were confused about a couple of thIngs and she accommodated us.This was one of the best VRBO stays I have ever experienced. If we could afford it I would return for a month.Also, ask her about two excellent restaurant recommendations near the quiet south end of Lake Annecy, away from the tourist chaos to the north, and the bakery half a mile north. A Carrefour is walking distance to the south.If I had a few million to burn I would offer to buy this unit. We don't, but can dream.

Séjour entre sœurs

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre sœurs. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la 1ère terrasse à cause du temps, mais on s'est rattrapé avec la 2ème… Le petit plus, le logement est à proximité du lac, et des commerces. L'hôte est très agréable et nous a donné de très bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons à 100%. Et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir…, ce sera l'occasion de faire découvrir à nos familles cette région…

Le lieu est superbe et vraiment calme Nous avons séjourné entre amis pour le passage en 2024... Vraiment a proximité d'Annecy et surtout a côté du lac Je recommande Sandrine une hôte disponible et vraiment top!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir a l'occasion

La réalité de la location correspond à la description de l'annonce, ses plus : localisation idéale et 2 terrasses (une "solarium" et une plus fraîche). Un point d'amélioration en ces temps de "tracances": le wifi est parfois lent pour certaines applications gourmandes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement au calme douillet charmant confortable moderne parfaitement et qualitativement équipé. Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We are a family of 5 and we stayed 2 weeks in Sevrier. We really appreciated the beds which were fitted with new mattresses. Even though the kitchen is fairly small, it is equipped with the basics in great condition, which is a plus. Only prep place is missing. We haven't met the owner in person but she never failed to email or call back whenever we wanted to reach her. She was very attentive to our needs. The apartment is overall very pleasant, clean and comfortable, but there are actually two bedrooms, as you enter through the "third bedroom" which is in fact the entryway. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible from Annecy, and within walking distance to a delicious bakery (Chevallier) and grocery store (Carrefour Market). We would definitely recommend this rental for a family.

Super séjour, dans une maison très agréable avec des prestations dignes d'un hôtel. Mes 4 enfants ont été très à l'aise (10-8ans) et jumeaux de 6mois. Parfaitement situé, au coeur de toutes commoditées... notre hôte nous a très bien guidé sur les visites et les activitées à faire. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine car la maison est sécurisée même pour des petits de 1an ou plus. Encore MERCI ❤

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle avec deux enfants. L'accueil est sympathique, l'appartement est magnifique et parfaitement équipé.
