I could not say enough good things about this property! The place looked just like it did in the pictures. Rooms were spacious and got plenty of light. The kitchen was galley style but was well equipped and worked for our family needs. As a chef it was nice to have everything I needed. Having the convenience of the housekeeper was an added bonus as well as breakfast restocked. The cappuccino machine got plenty of use too.
This was a great, walkable location to the Vatican and a short walk to the Metro to get to other city sites. Frederica was great to work with especially when we were delayed getting in due to delayed/cancelled flights. Would recommend!
A great place for our group of 9 which included adults and children. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was across from a small playground and a very easy walk to the Cipro metro station. Yes, we did indeed walk to the Vatican...I didn't think we would want/need housekeeping every other day but with all the activities we planned we were very glad it was provided. We would definitely stay here again.
We were a party of 6 retired Americans. The bedrooms were nice and comfy. Being a city apartment, there wasn't a huge common area, but we were there to see Rome, so that is a small disclaimer at most. It was plenty for us to have breakfast or snack.
The apartment is very close to the Vatican Museum Entrance. We used Uber to venture out to the far points like the Colosseum and walked back. Very manageable distances.
AMAZING accommodations! AMAZING location to get to all the sightseeing destinations in Rome! We highly recommend this home. The host is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. The house is clean and has plenty of room for a large group. Plenty of sleeping and bathrooms! We loved the fancy coffee machine and breakfast items that were provided for us! Very safe area and located within 5 minutes of the metro. You will absolutely need to use public transportation! There is a mall with food just walking distance away. We were just a few minute walk to the metro and a 15 minute ride to the Colosseum. We where able to hope on the metro to trevi fountain, Monti, Spanish steps, The Vatican etc! You must give this place a try!
The apartment was great for the 5 adults that were traveling together. One bedroom has a connected bathroom, the other 3 share two full baths. One of the bedrooms has a sofa and chair so we used that as our living room since the apartment only has a small table in the foyer area. There is a washer but no dryer but ample drying racks. Breakfast at the apartment was fabulous -lots of pastries, cereals and a delicious chocolate cake. The maid came as promised and was a nice perk we didn't get at our other rentals. The neighborhood is a typical Italian neighborhood. This is not a tourist zone which was nice. Everything was nearby - pharmacy, coffee shop, etc. And from the Netflix Pizzeria documentary, Bonci pizza is only a few blocks away (take a number when you get there and wait outside - expect to wait an hour or more). Our host was also able to arrange transportation back to the airport for us. It was a great place to stay and easy to get around the city either walking, using the subway or using taxi's (we used ITtaxi app).
This is a spacious apartment with enough large bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Many amenities (cell phone store, bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, … nearby. Host Federica was very attentive.

Wonderful stay!!!
I would highly recommend this listing! Frederika was wonderful. Our flight got delayed and she met us at 1:00 a.m. to give us all the information we needed for the stay. The housekeeper came daily and we were provided with breakfast foods and delicious chocolate cake! The apartment was air conditioned (it was very hot during our stay) and was lovely. It is very close to many sights and only a few blocks from the subway. There is a cute gelato store right across the street which was delicious. There was also a market right across the street for market items you would need. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's with my family and extended family. We had 10 people with us and all agreed it was a great stay!!

Wonderful Location! Comfortable Apartment
My parents, My sister and her family, my husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for four amazing days in Rome. We were walking distance to the Vatican and the Metro, Rome was ours for the taking! Having a small kitchen was perfect as we usually ate dinner in the apartment. (We ate early for Rome and before most restaurants' reopened for dinner.) We could walk to local markets and buy ingredients daily. There are lovely restaurants nearby as well, don't miss the gelato and cannoli shop just across the way. The apartment was clean and spacious. We could all (6 adults and 2 children under 5yrs.) retreat to our own corners after a long day of touring or come together around the dining room table. Frederica and her staff are amazing hosts! She also coordinated our airport transportation for our stay. When I return to Rome I would happily stay here again!

Alt i alt havde vi absolut intet at klage over - skøn lejlighed!!

Living Like a Local
This is a great apartment, well appointed, very clean. We had 12 people stay it worked great, plenty of space for all, including a dining room. It looks like individual rooms could be rented if you were a smaller group. Federica was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. She worked with us on our check in schedule and was helpful with places to eat and visit. She went the extra mile helping get our whole group accommodated.
The apartment location is very close to the backside of the Vatican and a couple of blocks from the metro station. This location worked great for us. We had all the local shops and stores we needed, plus easy access to all the tourist sites we visited. We found several good restaurants in the area. Great place to come home to every evening. Thanks for a great stay in Rome.

Christmas through New Year's 2016
Had a wonderful stay in Rome at Federica's Apt. Dec. 19-Jan. 2, 2016.
Pros:1. Plenty of room for a family group of 10 (ages 7-71 yrs.) Beds are comfortable and
rooms have great natural light. 4 Large bedrooms- only one bedroom of the 5
was small but it had the private bath.
2. Federica was very responsive to all our requests - easy to communicate with.
3. She provided plenty for breakfasts. For other meals we decided to alternate
cooking with going out. With 3 grocery stores, pizza shop, patisserie, bakery and
modest restaurants nearby we were well supplied.
4. Metro & bus stops were nearby and we always felt safe in the neighborhood.
5. Clothes washer & multiple drying racks worked well for us.
6. Plenty of hot water for showers.
7. Recommended driver service to and from airport was prompt and reasonably priced.
8. The "lift" always worked.
Cons: 1. No sofas ( not really a hardship)
2. No microwave ( pizza is better warmed in the oven- Just have another glass of
wine while the oven heats up)
I'd highly recommend Federica's apartment.

Great apartment in Rome
This was a great apartment to stay in while we were in Rome. Frederica couldn't have been more helpful. She booked cabs for us and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. There were 10 of us staying there for 6 night and we all had plenty of room. The only problem that I had was that I didn't get a chance to meet Frederica personally but we met her mother who was very helpful and charming. I would definitely book this apartment again and Highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. Thanks again Frederica.

Great property and experience!
We were traveling in August and they were 12 of us in my family and we found this property minutes away from the Vatican that was just perfect. Frederica was incredibly helpful not only with arranging rides and other amenities but was totally charming as well! Highly recommended and we definitely would seek out this property the next time we travel to Rome! p.s. Great complementary coffee machine for the adults and snacks for the kids was very helpful.

Outstanding property
Very clean. Spacious. Well suited for our traveling family of 9 with 3 children. Great location. The washing machine was very handy. The coffee/cappuccino machine and biscuits were fantastic. The beds and linens were comfortable. I've traveled all over the world and this place is definitely worth the money.

3 blocks to Metro Station, Clean & Comfortable
We are a family of 5 who stayed in the entire apartment. It is set up with 4 individual rooms with lock/key and a shared common area for the kitchen & dining area. One bedroom has a private bath, the other 3 share 2 common bathrooms. The showers were VERY small and awkward. Comfortably decorated and had all the basic amenities you need (Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee/Cappachino machine, washer, WIFI, sheets/towels). A light breakfast was provided in kitchen with cereal, bread, yogurt, milk & Juice. There was a dining room, but no common living room. All bedrooms were equipped with TV & A/C. The caretaker met us when we arrived and showed us around. It was 4 blocks to the Cipro Metro Station but the neighborhood was a bit dicey. We felt safe in the apartment, but did not venture out into the neighborhood other then walking to the Metro to get to other areas of Rome.

Fabulous apartment!
This property is absolutely as nice and clean as pictured. Very comfortable for 11 of us (including two young children). Frederica was a gracious and helpful host; and the breakfast items and Nescafe' machine provided were enjoyed by all. We enjoyed a few restaurants in the neighborhood, which felt more authentic and less touristy. We would all recommend to anyone, and hope to return.

Excellent space, new, clean and pretty!
I did not know it was a B&B. We found it to be very comfortable for our large family. The rooms, except one, were very large, the light housekeeping on a regular basis was wonderful, and the stocked refrigerator was very helpful. There is also a washing machine and a balcony to dry your clothes, but out of sight from the street. It is the ideal place for a family visiting Rome. It is not close to most of the monuments, but it is very close to the Vatican. I did not get to meet the owner because she had a sick child, but she was in touch with us, and sent someone to greet us and show us how things worked. We highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Rome!
We had a group of 9 in the apartment. It is well appointed, clean, & a short walk to the metro and restaurants. St. Peter's is probably a 15 minute walk, but Uber's were easily available. We used Federica's driver from the airport, which was much easier for half of us and our luggage. There is no living room, but the dining room had a big table that we gathered around for the provided breakfast. We were out most of the day but hit some of the local restaurants for dinner. Federica was delightful to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.
