On the shores of Lake Geneva, come and enjoy an exceptional and unique setting, immersed in the greenery, in the marina of Port Ripaille in Thonon-Les-Bains. House for weekly rental for 6 people with 2 parking spaces for vehicle on the property, parking area (free) nearby, and a location for private boat.
The 90 m² house is located on the La Lagune peninsula, between the lake and the canals, 20 m from the beach. It has upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160, 2 bunk beds, 1 sofa bed BZ 140), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, and on the ground floor a large day room including living room and dining room with equipped American kitchen. This room is accessible by 2 entrances, one directly from the parking space and gives on the ground floor on a small garden. There are also 2 terraces with exceptional views of the mountains and the lake. Direct access to the private pontoon and the mooring ring is via the patio. The house is fully furnished and has the necessary storage space. The rental of duvet covers and towels (€ 50) as well as cleaning at the end of the stay (€ 50) are optional.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance 30 days before the arrival date.
In the area of Port Ripaille you will have access to a swimming pool, tennis courts, a ping pong table, pétanque courts, a restaurant, a children's play area, a parking area for boat trailers and a launching area ..
Also at your disposal within the framework of the hiring of the house, a pedal boat and bicycles (2 adults and 2 children) to circulate in the field.
The urban bus stop and a grocery store / bread depot are 100 m from the entrance to the estate. A supermarket is 1.5kms away. The city center of Thonon-Les-Bains is 3.8 km away with 2 markets / week (Monday and Thursday morning).
The region offers many sports possibilities, hiking in the mountains, climbing and via ferrata, downhill skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing in winter, gliding, etc. Bernex is 18 km away, Thollon-Les-Mémise at 20 km, Abondance and Morzine / Avoriaz at 35 km, Les Gets at 39 km. It also offers tourist possibilities, Evian at 8 km, Yvoire at 22 km.
The Port Ripaille estate adjoins the ornithological nature reserve of the Dranse delta.
The Chablais is a superb region to discover or rediscover.
