Facing south and west, it has a terrace of 11 m2 with a south view on a parking place in the town center of Plouguerneau, in front of the Tourist Office, and a sheltered balcony of 14 m², with views West.
From the terrace and balcony, the view is exceptional on several kilometers of coastline, with beautiful white sand beaches, rocky clusters, and the lighthouses of Wrach Island, Lanvaon and Virgin Island, which are emblematic monuments of Plouguerneau and today open to the public.
