Come and discover the Coast of legends in a really comfortable house, very close to the lighthouse of the virgin island!

Ideal location: quiet area in 'Lilia', near small shops, restaurants / crêperie, lighthouse, dunes and family beaches (all 300m away on foot)! Town center 3 km away (supermarket, bank, etc.)

The house offers maximum comfort and unlimited internet access. The decoration is sober and neat (cocooning atmosphere).

Ground floor: entrance via small veranda, fully equipped kitchen (new and quality appliances), dining room, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi equipment, WC, attractive double bedroom with 140x190 bed and large closet / wardrobe + private bathroom with shower and sink.

Upstairs: large double bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with sink, WC and shower cubicle 90 x 90 cm, spacious mezzanine with 2 beds (pull-out / pull-out bed) for children / teenagers.

The house offers a lot of space, it is bright, warm and pleasant to live in all seasons. The beds are comfortable and of good quality. New electric heating.

Outside: gravelled courtyard, large enclosed garden (lawn) 450m2 with garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers with mattress, linen room (new washing machine) / shoe room.

Baby equipment: high chair, deckchair, changing mat, high quality travel cot, bath, potty, barrier at the top of the stairs.

Indoor leisure: Games / dvds / books for young and old.
Outdoor leisure: 4 Bikes (Man and woman) + baby seat + 3 children bikes 14/16/20 inches. Outdoor toys provided (ball / beach games or fishing / etc.). Children's swing + 1 baby swing.

Many sports and cultural activities in the area: there is something for everyone!

Beautifully clean house with everything you could possibly need. Host very helpful and accommodating. Location perfect, just a five minute walk to sea front, with several restaurants in immediate vicinity. Coastline totally unspoilt with endless walks - absolutely breathtaking views. Das Haus ist praktisch und gemütlich zugleich eingerichtet und liegt perfekt. Die Gegend ist nicht so überlaufen, man kann sich wirklich gut erholen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, was uns schöne Touren beschert hat. Und eine der besten Crêperien in der Nähe zu haben, war wunderbar!

Funktionelles Ferienhaus

Neueres Haus, alles funktioniert, hell, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Gute Durchlüftung, was angenehm bei einem heißen Sommer ist. Keine Moskitos (Juni). Großer Hof und großer Garten. Lage ist gut, zur Epicerie ca. 300 m, zum Badestrand ca. 500 m. Ruhig. Es fehlt etwas der bretonische Charme. Zu den Nachbarn nach links und rechts abgeschottet. Keine Liegestühle, sonstige Gartenmöbel etwas billig. Fahrräder vorhanden, machten einen passablen Eindruck, wir hatten unsere eigenen dabei. Gegend eignet sich gut zum Radfahren. Geruchsempfindliche müssen sich bei Nutzung der Waschküche die Nase zuhalten, starker Modergeruch. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans une jolie maison très ensoleillée, située idéalement proche de la mer. Une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, soucieux du début à la fin du bon déroulement du séjour et un accueil chaleureux de Géraldine. Un grand jardin, des vélos à disposition, une maison tout confort ( très bonne literie), des restos à proximité et un petit commerce avec tout ce qu’il faut .... Tout pour passer des vacances au top .....On vous dit à très bientôt

Endroit magnifique, location au top avec tout le nécessaire pour 6 personnes. A pied 3 mns le petit bourg, la plage de St Cava ou Kervini, le phare de l'île vierge. Restaurant,bar,crêperie sur place. Sonne und Sturm am Ende der Welt

Sehr liebevoll und tatsächlich komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Atmosphäre. Sehr gute Matratzen. Wir haben vor allem das hervorragend ausgeschilderte Radwegenetz genutzt (Räder sollten etwas geländegängig sein) und - wen wundert´s - außerordentlich lecker gegessen. Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Abwicklung mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.
