Clam Bay

Everything was as advertised, Needs screens, the property manager was excellent . Would rent again. Nice being on 6th floor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first experience to SSE rental as we usually rented in the Towers.Definitely prefer the park like area with the pools and waterway view.Less congestion and do like the available washer/dryer in the unit and not having to share as in the Towers. Only negative, in our case is the distance to the Gulf.Otherwise would definitely rent again in SSE.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time. The weather was great and our condo experience was good. The condo was as described, clean and well maintained but was a little shy on some kitchen items like wine glasses. Also, would have liked a beach umbrella. Would have preferred a pod type coffee maker instead of the drip unit provided. We had great response from the property manager when needed. The condo was in walking distance of some great restaurants. It was a hike to the beach but manageable. We signed up for next year in the same condo.
