This property ideally located will seduce you with its interior (equipped kitchen, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, large family freezer) 3 bedrooms (very comfortable beds), 2 terraces, table and lounge. garden, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. WIFI equipment.
Many amenities enhance the comfort (sunbathing, barbecue, parasol), for recreation, 4 bicycles are available and a swimming pool HS Zodiac Easy heated is installed in May. Great near beaches and bike paths to Chatelaillon or La Rochelle and along the coast.
Located 200 m from the town center, you will have access to markets for fish and fruit and vegetables and all shops such bakery, butcher, cheese, pharmacy, cafes, supermarket, the Media Library, the tourist office .
A shopping center is located on the outskirts and is within walking distance.
On one of the beaches of Angoulins, you can enjoy 2 nautical centers according to the age of the children:
for small (calm water level) and for large (ocean)
The nearest beaches are 500m away. The seaside resort and the Chatelaillon-Plage aquatic center are 2 km away and La Rochelle is 7 km away.

Lovely spacious and welcoming house - would highly recommend

We loved this house. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and well equipped. As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed the outside space and used the bikes quite a bit too. Angoulins is a pretty village and we liked the creperie and the take away pizzas. The owners of the house are very pleasant and gave us some good ideas for days out. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfekter Urlaub in Angoulins

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Angoulins! Die zentrale Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – von hier aus kommt man ganz unkompliziert zu allen wichtigen Orten. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus selbst wunderbar ruhig gelegen, fernab vom Trubel, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann.Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem, was uns jede Nacht einen erholsamen Schlaf geschenkt hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit – alles war tipptopp und gepflegt. Valérie hat wirklich an alles gedacht: Von Waschmittel-Tabs über Kaffee-Kapseln bis hin zu Salz und vielen weiteren kleinen Details war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Valérie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder!

Perfect vakantiehuis in een prachtige streek

We hebben een week verbleven in dit prachtige huis.Het huis ziet er in het echt nog beter uit dan op de foto's en is piekfijn onderhouden door de lieve eigenaars.Er is ook zeer veel te beleven in de streek en op wandelafstand vind je echt alles : grote Carrefour ,tankstation , restaurants, café , bakker , enz..Er was tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met de wifi / internet aansluiten buitenhuis en Valérie en Dominique hebben dit zeer snel in orde gebracht waarvoor dank.Dit is echt een aanrader voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar rust maar toch graag overal dichtbij willen zijn.Van ons krijgt deze accommodatie een 10 op 10 ! .

Maison familiale accueillante et bien équipée.

Bon séjour, la maison est très accueillante et très bien équipée, on est "comme à la maison". Le jardin est agréable (on aurait aimé quelques degrés de plus et un peu moins de pluie). Maison bien située pour visiter La Rochelle et Rochefort, pour faire des balades à vélo dans la région; commerces alimentaires à proximité; très bons contacts avec la propriétaire.

Ruhiger Urlaub in Meernähe mit eigenem Pool

Sehr entspannt konnten wir in diesem geräumigen Haus unseren Urlaub genießen. Fahrräder waren vorhanden, sodass wir für den Strandbesuch das Auto zuhause lassen konnten. Die Abende konnten wir im Pool ausklingen lassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich um die Ecke und im kleinen Ortskern lässt es sich abends gemütlich sitzen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Fleurs que loue Valérie-Anne. La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et est particulièrement fonctionnelle (2 salles de bains, vaisselle nombreuse à disposition, tout est en parfait état de marche, etc.). Valérie-Anne nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires à notre arrivée pour le bon fonctionnement de la maison. Une mention particulière pour le jardin très bien aménagé et qui est une véritable pièce en plus. Je recommande cette location.
